Very friendly staff; the owner of the hotel provided personal attention; very large room and comfortable; excellent breakfast; only 10 minute drive to Split (great option for those who don't want to stay in the city center) Not close to a good selection of restaurants |

The owner was very attentive and gave me several good ideas about what to do in and outside of Split. It is only 6 km from the center of Split by car . The room was big with good furniture, a big shared balcony with beautiful view of the sea. The first floor hall had a big reading table with lots of info. Big breakfast buffet with lots of choice , even when I was the only guest on some days. The bathroom was small. No internet available. At night the hotel is hard to find without a navigational system, but that goes for a lot of hotels in Croatia. The exit from the main road is sharp with a sharp incline and sharp turn. |

I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the owner E.G. in giving advice on local buses, arranging taxis. We were well looked after, the room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely sea view from the balcony. The breakfast was generous and the evening meals were based on local specialities, the latter being taken on the terrace. |

The Hotel Staff was very good. Helpful, friendly and nice. The room was comfortable, and the building was clean and nicely decorated. The beaches by the sea or nice if you like swimming, since they are a bit deeper then the other beaches. There was nothing about the hotel that wasn't good. Its conveniently located to the bus stop, but its a ways from anything if your into nightlife. Taxi's are any where from 120KN to 300KN when you need to get somewhere quick. |

Nothing. I would never stay there again. The location is absolutely terrible. Podstrana is not the best area anyway. But this is terrible. It's quite a bit away from the sea, across a major road. At night, it's very dark. No restaurants or bars around the hotel. Instead, around the hotel, it's basically a massive, unfinished building site. (And it looks like all building has stopped, so it's likely to remain like this for a very long time.) |

Not far from the beach but far enough from the main road to be a quiet place. Close proximity to Split where one can enjoy all advantages of a big city. New hotel. Very nice hosts. Comfortable family room with a nice view. Teakettle and a bigger table + more chairs in the room would be a plus. |

I absolutely loved the hotel. Staff are great and very welcoming, restaurant is perfect, food is delicious. Location is nice - about 500 m to the public beach. I would like to have internet in the room as I travel both on business and for pleasure. However, I understand that it might not be available in some places. |

This family run hotel was very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. The family that ran the hotel were the nicest most helpful people and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The restaurant was very good also. |

We like the personal staff, very kind. The room was quite, position of villa is not far from sea and to Split is it withni 10 min. by car. Only the price is higher, but this reflects the quality. |

The service and friendlyness of the staff were truly fantastic. The breakfast, with 5-6 different types of ham and salami as well as omelettes, different cheeses etc etc was incredible. We had huge balconies with spectacular sea views. Comfortable beds and pillows. Just a 3-4 minute walk to the Podstrana beach. Nice hotel terrace to hang out on during the evenings. Staff spoke both English and German. Only 10 minutes to Split city center by car. The free parking. Actually, our stay was excellent, but if we have to mention something: There is not much to do in Podstrana and the beach could be better (no sand). However, if you have a car, you can easily reach nicer beaches as well as Split. No elevator in hotel. No Internet in hotel. |

Isäntä erittäin ystävällinen, jo sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä esitteli lähiseudun tutustumismahdollisuuksia. Siistit, tilavat huoneet, parvekkeilta merinäköalat, rauhallinen sijainti. Runsas aamiainen viihtyisässä ravintolassa. Sijainti mainio autolla liikkujalle, monia kohteita päivämatkan etäisyydellä. Ravintola auki sesonkiajan ulkopuolella vain aamiaisen aikaan. |

Fantastisk personal, fina rum, bra sängar, mycket bra restaurang, rent och snyggt. Fick även ett välkomstmail från hotellet, med tips och länkar om vad jag kunde göra under min vistelse i Podstrana/Split. Vilken service! Skönt att hotellet ligger några hundra meter bort från den kraftigt trafikerade vägen som skär rakt igenom Podstrana. Vacker natur för promenader i bergslandskapet intill. Inget för den som har svårt att gå. Backig omgivning, mycket trappor och ingen hiss på hotellet. |

Et meget trivelig og veldrevet familiehotell med sjel, hvor alle legger stor vekt på at gjestene skal trives. Hotellet har et utmerket kjøkken og serverer meget god tradisjonell mat. Utmerket service, et minneverdig opphold. |

El restaurante y su comida es muy buena. Es dificil de localizar con las referencias del hotel. El acceso está muy mal señalizado. Para tomar el caminito que da acceso al hotel necesitas hacer maniobras ya que es un desvío con un angulo de 30 grados si vas hacia Split. Es mejor tomar el desvío en el otro sentido |

Très bon accueil du gestionnaire et petits déjeuners très copieux. La chambre que nous occupions offrait un bel espace attenant et donnait sur une terrasse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel se trouve un peu loin de la mer et Podstrana n'est pas un village très attrayant. Néanmoins il est très proche de Split. |
