Very friendly staff; the owner of the hotel provided personal attention; very large room and comfortable; excellent breakfast; only 10 minute drive to Split (great option for those who don't want to stay in the city center)

Not close to a good selection of restaurants

I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the owner E.G. in giving advice on local buses, arranging taxis. We were well looked after, the room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely sea view from the balcony. The breakfast was generous and the evening meals were based on local specialities, the latter being taken on the terrace.

Nothing. I would never stay there again.

The location is absolutely terrible. Podstrana is not the best area anyway. But this is terrible. It's quite a bit away from the sea, across a major road. At night, it's very dark. No restaurants or bars around the hotel. Instead, around the hotel, it's basically a massive, unfinished building site. (And it looks like all building has stopped, so it's likely to remain like this for a very long time.)

Not far from the beach but far enough from the main road to be a quiet place. Close proximity to Split where one can enjoy all advantages of a big city. New hotel. Very nice hosts. Comfortable family room with a nice view.

Teakettle and a bigger table + more chairs in the room would be a plus.

This family run hotel was very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. The family that ran the hotel were the nicest most helpful people and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The restaurant was very good also.

The service and friendlyness of the staff were truly fantastic. The breakfast, with 5-6 different types of ham and salami as well as omelettes, different cheeses etc etc was incredible. We had huge balconies with spectacular sea views. Comfortable beds and pillows. Just a 3-4 minute walk to the Podstrana beach. Nice hotel terrace to hang out on during the evenings. Staff spoke both English and German. Only 10 minutes to Split city center by car. The free parking.

Actually, our stay was excellent, but if we have to mention something: There is not much to do in Podstrana and the beach could be better (no sand). However, if you have a car, you can easily reach nicer beaches as well as Split. No elevator in hotel. No Internet in hotel.

Isäntä erittäin ystävällinen, jo sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä esitteli lähiseudun tutustumismahdollisuuksia. Siistit, tilavat huoneet, parvekkeilta merinäköalat, rauhallinen sijainti. Runsas aamiainen viihtyisässä ravintolassa. Sijainti mainio autolla liikkujalle, monia kohteita päivämatkan etäisyydellä.

Ravintola auki sesonkiajan ulkopuolella vain aamiaisen aikaan.

La atención del personal, los servicios que ofrece, la buena relación calidad precio, desayuno bastante correcto.

Hotel sencillo a media hora de Split, pero bien comunicado.

Très bon accueil du gestionnaire et petits déjeuners très copieux. La chambre que nous occupions offrait un bel espace attenant et donnait sur une terrasse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

L'hôtel se trouve un peu loin de la mer et Podstrana n'est pas un village très attrayant. Néanmoins il est très proche de Split.
