The splendid view from the terrace. Went to the beach near by and had a swim. Free and private parking it's a plus. The room was very big, with kitchen. Only access by car, far away from the center, but nice if travel by car along the coast. |

Nice views, comfortable accomodations , fairly easy access to the city The breakfast was not so good, the beach was not so close , the lack of staff for inquires, a bit confusing atmosphere |

Helpful,happy staff were there to serve a great breakfast and clean your room if required.Fresh towels,loo rolls etc available all times. Location is a bit remote, we were glad we had a car; however bus stop is right outside. |

We had extremely bad experience with Stipe.It is located just above a main road. In this respect the photos are quite delusing as they suggest that the hotel is above the sea. We could not sleep, being continuously weaken up the thundering of trucks. Second, the neigbourhood. This is a semi-detached house: next door being "Hotel Johnny", the owner of which often stayed outside and "greeted" the concurring hotel's guests with rude words--a really surrealistic exprience! Another neighbour kept a dog in a cage at the fence and the poor thing was barking, keeping us awake when the trucks failed to do so. Third, there is nothing to do (few restaurants and no supermarket) in the area, it is a suburb of Split. Third, the place is difficult to find |

Very nice, clean, new, spacious room and great balcony with fantastic sea view. Our host was extremly nice and friendly, welcoming us warmly and serving us a good breakfast on a nice terrace. She also recommended a very good restaurant nearby, just on the beach. The coffee was terrible! |

The location was good - close enough to busy Split (3km) to catch ferries to the islands and explore the city, but far enough away to spend time on some of the best beaches further down the coast at Brela/Makarsa. The room facilities; outdoor breakfast on the lovely terrace and our fantastic views from the balcony over the Adriatic were all stunning. I would recommend this apartment but the only thing I would say is that having a car is a good plan here (although there is a straightforward regular bus service to Split). |

The apartment was just as photographed, excellent terrace/balcony. Just a point on how to find it - up a short steep slope signposted to Apartment Johnny a few metres south east of the Meridien Hotel in Podstrana. |

Spacious. Sea views from a large balcony. Great for a short stay. Breakfast was fantastic. When we booked the place we had the impression that it was right on the water. Infact the property is across the road with other hotels obscuring the sea views. Shower head was damaged and repaired with electrical wire. |

Bon accueil, bien placé et chambres propre.Hôtel calme avec appartements bien adaptés pour des familles. Salle pour le petit déjeuner trop petite. Seulement deux table donc difficile de manger à l'heure souhaitée. |

Très bien placé proche de Split, logement presque neuf, bien équipé, super terrasse, et belle vue, possibilité de manger dans le logement. Personnel super gentil. |
