Apart-Hotel Stipe

Lentokenttäkuljetus oli täsmällinen ja hyvä. Hotellin vastaanotto oli rento, ystävällinen ja kodikas. Huoneet siistejä ja parveke todella iso ja näkymä merelle fantastinen. Aamiaistarjoilu oli hienosti järjestetty; saatoit valita ruokailun, ulkoterassilla, sisätiloissa tai huoneessasi (ilman lisäkuluja). Aamiainen sinänsä oli ns eurooppalainen ja "budjettitasoa". Hyvin positiivinen kokonaisvaikutus.

Sijainti oli hieman etäinen suhteessa mielenkiintoisiin paikkoihin, kuten Split,Trogir ja Omis, mutta toisaalta bussiyhteydet olivat hyvät ja edulliset.

Huoneemme oli erittäin siisti ja saimme kattohuoneiston, josta oli erittäin hyvät näkymät merelle.

Ei ollut. Kaikki oli kuten olimme toivoneetkin.

The splendid view from the terrace. Went to the beach near by and had a swim. Free and private parking it's a plus. The room was very big, with kitchen.

Only access by car, far away from the center, but nice if travel by car along the coast.

The breakfast was not so good, the beach was not so close , the lack of staff for inquires, a bit confusing atmosphere

We had extremely bad experience with Stipe.It is located just above a main road. In this respect the photos are quite delusing as they suggest that the hotel is above the sea. We could not sleep, being continuously weaken up the thundering of trucks. Second, the neigbourhood. This is a semi-detached house: next door being "Hotel Johnny", the owner of which often stayed outside and "greeted" the concurring hotel's guests with rude words--a really surrealistic exprience! Another neighbour kept a dog in a cage at the fence and the poor thing was barking, keeping us awake when the trucks failed to do so. Third, there is nothing to do (few restaurants and no supermarket) in the area, it is a suburb of Split. Third, the place is difficult to find

The location was good - close enough to busy Split (3km) to catch ferries to the islands and explore the city, but far enough away to spend time on some of the best beaches further down the coast at Brela/Makarsa. The room facilities; outdoor breakfast on the lovely terrace and our fantastic views from the balcony over the Adriatic were all stunning. I would recommend this apartment but the only thing I would say is that having a car is a good plan here (although there is a straightforward regular bus service to Split).

Spacious. Sea views from a large balcony. Great for a short stay. Breakfast was fantastic.

When we booked the place we had the impression that it was right on the water. Infact the property is across the road with other hotels obscuring the sea views. Shower head was damaged and repaired with electrical wire.
