It was very roomy and comfortable. It had CNN on the TV. The propriatress was very friendly and accomodating. It is very close to a bus stop, grocery market, and cafes. It was a bit too far from the city center and the bus was not great. |

Easy access to Zadar town by bus or 40min walk. Could relax by sea on deckchairs provided. Luggage storage & airport transfer very usefull. Owner was very helpfull. Room we booked was not available until following day so we stayed in an inferior apartment (but cheaper) and it was too much trouble to move after unpacking everything. Although we were happy with the room I think this would have annoyed some people |

It's very close to the sea. The room we received was not located in the main building, probably because of this it did not correspond to expectations for 3 stars hotel, in fact that was a separate appartment but we did not have any other options. |

The hotel is very close to the beach (10 metres) and while the beach is stony with a concrete promenade, it was quiet and friendly. The hotel brochure & websites say that each apartment has a kitchen, but you need to be aware that 3 of the rooms share a single kitchen. |

Nice apartment close to the sea. Very kind and helpful at reception. Quite far away from the city center - you can get a bus to get there, otherwise be ready to walk for a long time. |

The hosts were very nice and helpful. They helped us a lot with the planning of the rest of our trip from that day and forward. We had sea view in the room and basically the quality of the hotel was quit high in comparison to the price. |

Nice and clean bedrooms. Friendly staff. Private parking at the property. The hotel is quite a walk from the old Zadar city centre, but bus connection is good (until 00.15). |

It was good being on the water. Rooms were changed to accommodate an extra night. Negotiations for the price per night were not clear and we felt cheated. A word of advice: be very careful when dealing with the landlady with respect to pricing. |

When we first arrived we were put into a small room in an attic/loft with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room had a semi-obstructed ocean view with a small balcony. I had reserved a studio but figured that maybe studio meant something else in Croatia. At 11:15 at night the reception girl came to the room and said she had made a mistake and that she needed us to move to our actual room. This room was a studio but it had no view, sat directly on a busy street and was beneath the owner's quarters who were up and making noise until late at night. Although the house is on the water, all the 'sites' of Zadar are so far that you have to drive and then pay for parking. Directions from the staff were not helpful in finding the place and parking was inconvenient. It was so bad and there was so little to do that we didn't bother staying the second night and instead drove to Split first thing in the morning. |

Albeit the location was quite far from the old city of Zadar, the villa was cosy and the price/ quality ratio was really satisfactory. |
