Villa Urbi et Orbi  

Great location close to town, really lovely guy who didn't speak that much English but was friendly enough to more than make up for that, and a beautiful self-contained modern unit, good wifi.

The shower in our room was against a window to the living area, so I wouldn't recommend it for less-than-intimate couples. Very limited hot- water supply.

Parking, price of the room a bit high

The young women who run the villa are absolutely delightful and professional.

We booked this hotel despite not having enough reviews to have a rating as the description location and price all looked good. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who was very pleasant. The room was of a very good standard and was obviously newly refurbished. The location is simply perfect for split old town or a stroll up the hill to a lovely hill top park. All in all it was exactly what was described and we were extremely happy with our choice.

As mentioned in the positive review it was newly refurbished however this unfortunately meant that there was some surface dust in the room during our visit, not visible at first but on exiting the shower I had dirty feet again. Really not a big issue and I suspect this will not happen again as firstly we were the first to stay there and 2nd is I suspect after meeting the staff it will be sorted soon after this review is completed. Also a Dish Cloth was not supplied to dry the dishes however I am sure if we had asked we would have been given one. I would not let either of these 2 small negatives stop you choosing this apartment as you will not be disappointed.

Tiene yn a ubicacion perfecta en split al lao del puerto.al lado de palacio diocleciano y todo el centro de split no te ace falta coche todo en 5minutos el.puerto al lado para cogerte ferri alas islas.apartmento de diseno con servicio de habitaciones muy bonito.y la atencion de sus dueños genial al igual.qe la mujer de la limpieza

Lo unico qe tiene cocina y no se puede cocinar al.no tener campana por lo demas petfecto

Noch nie hatten wir nur ein Appartement gebucht, besonders nicht in einem Land, das wir überhaupt nicht kannten. Bislang galt es für uns **** oder ***** Sterne- Hotels. Es war für uns eine spannende Herausforderung. Denn eigentlich verbringen wir nur sehr wenig Zeit in teuren Zimmern! Wollen ja die Umgebung erkunden! Und dieses, kleine Häuschen ist dafür perfekt! Man ist mehr oder weniger in der Stadtmitte, 5 Minuten zur Promenade. Man braucht kein Auto, kann abends an der Promenade gemütliche Modeshows an sich vorbei ziehen lassen, selbst mit ein paar Drinks gemütlich zurückfinden. Die Gastgeber sind super nett!

Da dieses Appartement-Haus erst seit einem Jahr besteht, gab es in unserem Raum Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten. Habe dies aber dem Besitzer mitgeteilt. Glaube, dass dies sofort geändert wird. Die Besitzerfamilie ist froh über Informationen! Die ganze Mannschaft dort ist sehr, sehr nett!

Parcheggio difficile, mancanza di servizi

Arriviamo in una stradina stretta ,auto parcheggiate da ambo I lati ,zona città vecchia non ancora tutta sistemata poi vediamo una piccola insegna della pensione e ci accoglie una ragazza gentilissima che ci mostra le camere nuove molto semplici ma pulite e spaziose ,siamo a 10 minuti a piedi dalla residenza imperiale che dà sul lungomare a riprova che non sempre la prima impressione e' quella giusta siamo stati benissimo.. Unico neo siccome la strada era chiusa e' stat dura fare manovra per uscire.

La habitación en general está bien, coqueta, cómoda, tiene una pequeña cocina y dispone de wifi, lo que más me gustó fue el personal que era muy amable

Nos costó encontrarlo (aunque no llevábamos gps, aún así tras encontrarlo tuvimos que subir un montón de escaleras porque entramos por la parte peatonal de la calle, aunque por lo que vimos el coche no puede acceder directamente a la calle sino a una cercana. Por el precio de la habitación podrían ofrecer un desayuno (aunque en la habitación te dejan una cesta con croisants y zumo)

Helt nyrenoverat, rena och moderna rum. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gratis Wi-Fi. AC. Kök och spis, kylskåp finns. Bra läge med kort promenad in till stan.

Frukost (färdigförpackad croissant och pulverkaffe som finns färdigt i rummet). Dock finns ett mycket trevligt café nedför gatan med superb frukost, så detta störde inte oss så mycket.
