Lovely room, very clean, with balcony overlooking the sea, all at a very reasonable price. The hotel has all the advantages of a small family run business: excellent service, very friendly and caring. We really felt like valued guests which is something you don't always get with the bigger hotels. Also offer a personal taxi service at a good price when you want to go to the old town, about 10 mins away. |

This family run hotel was very clean and the family very accomodating. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the train station for a very good rate. hard to communicate as neither the father or mother spoke English. |

We only stayed an overnight after landing in Zadar, but they offered us an airport pick-up for half the cost of a taxi! Staff were very friendly and offered good tips about where to visit during our stay in Croatia. Must visit the pizza place at the end of the road - huge pizzas at a good price! We had the four person apartment, which was fine for us. A bit small for four people if you're staying for long though as the double bed, couch & kitchen is in the one room. |

Lovely views (although only some of the rooms have this). A stroll takes you to nearby beaches with bars. Very nice family (although some of them did not speak English fluently) but we managed nevertheless. A little far out from central Zadar but the buses are easy to use & very regular. We had booked a double room but were given twin beds (carefully disguised but unfortunate if you rolled onto the wooden section in the middle). Not the fault of the owners but neighbours are renovating a house next door and the drilling noise was a little distracting. |

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Maybe more detail on how far it is from the airport and more detail on how to get there (on a budget, taxis expensive) would have been useful |

Only stayed for one night but hosts were very helpful and friendly and room was really clean. However, it was more value for money staying in private accommodation than hotels in Croatia and so rest of trip was spent in private rooms. |

We found the location ideal for what we were looking for. This is a family run villa & the service we received was excellent. They collected us from the airport for approx half of what it would cost in a taxi. Very convienent location beside beach, restaurants & bus stop which brings you into Zadar in approx ten mins. Location was very safe & the people very friendly. |

We loved out stay at Villa Valentina. We stayed in the family room which was large and ideal for a group. The family was fantastic in helping us find our way around, with suggestions of restaurants, bars and transport. They offer a taxi service which is well worth using for convenience and price. |

Friendly people. Helpful. Unfortunately visit was spoilt by building work taking place on the property and being woken at 7am by drilling etc. We visited in late October so out of season. Dont be put off by this but might be worth checking before booking that the work has finished. Was also quite difficult to find as it is tucked away, but we did not have a map to help us. |

Own balcony plus two other communal balconies, all with sea views. Very clean room, good mattresses, free kitchenette. Good breakfast - cheese, ham, egg, jam, nice bread. Helpful owners - they accept euros or kuna or both. Quiet location, only 5 mins to good restaurant, 10 to beach. Easy buses to town. Only used taxi once (from airport 200 kuna). |

The hotel is very hard to find and needs signs - ask for directions before you go. The room was definitely not value for money. The staff were not always helpful. |

Friendliness of the owner The selection was for an apartment. This comprised only two rooms. I would have expected two bed rooms, plus a kitchen/ dining area as well to be called an apartment. |
