the staff were very friendly and helpful it was a little bit spartan and basic for the price, partly because it was not summer and so it felt cold |

Hospitality was very good, nice family run villa. Breakfast was simple but excellent, fresh, soft bread. Good restaurants close by and walking distance to the bus stop. Easy to get to and from the city. There were no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. |

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Would have liked a choice for breakfast but what was offered was ok. Also, location is a bus ride from the center, but this isn't really a negative as its very accessible. |

A relaxing stay at Villa Valentina. Fantastic room and balcony with great view across the sea and town. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for walks along the seafront and into town. Very friendly family running the villa - thanks to all for a lovely holiday. |

Lovely villa with spacious rooms and friendly staff/manager who speak English. Good for families as there were lots of beds in the room plus a small kitchen to cook in. Near to several restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Too expensive! But very nice place. |

The staff at Villa Valentina are exceptional. Anna is incredibly friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to ensure you enjoy your stay at Villa Valentina. The four person apartment is fantastic and excellent value for money. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen facilities are excellent and the shower is great, with hot water at all times of the day. Our group had an incredibly relaxing stay at this hotel. |

Hotel has free parking and there are balconies in the rooms and larger communal balconies We stayed in the studio appartment that was classified as a 3 star, but was more like 1 star. Room was clean, but there were holes in the wall a couple of electrical outlets did not work. Layout in the bathroom was bad - just a few hooks for towels, but no shelf for toiletries, no soap, nothing. We had to ask the owner for soap! Kitchenette was poorly equipped (one spoon, for example) and the unit with range did not fit the space. Breakfast was poor - just coldcuts and spreads and bread and synthetic juice and tea/coffee - there was no yoghurts, etc. |

Villa Valentina organised our pick up from Airport. Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of stairs to our room! Double room had two beds together, which were a bit uncomfortable! |

Ana is attentive and in contact the minute you make a reservation to ensure that you are able to find the hotel and feel welcome Double Bed uncomfortable and came with 2 single sheets & blankets - not conducive to a good night's sleep. The rooms are dated and poorly appointed. Furnishings are shabby even by budget hotel standards. Some rooms have a shared bathroom and this was not clear when booking. Breakfast was the worst I have had in Europe (and I travel alot!!!) - Orange cordial served in place of OJ for example. Location is driving distance from attractions in Zadar. For the price, there is better value out there. |

Ana, the owner, is a very pleasant character, she treats her guests as family. Everything works out perfectly. The view from the upper floor is very enjoyable. A little bit away from the old city center. An elevator would be convenient in the villa. |

It was conveniently situated a fair walk to the old city but the seaside was nearby. Lovely view. Too many stairs to the top floor. No assistance with luggage. |

Staff extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They do make an effort to compensate for some of the noticeable flaws. This is definitely more a "pension" than a family type hotel but it is by far overpriced for what is being offerred. It is not very comfortable and there are too many defficiences, namely breakfast is not varied and its quality is just passable, services are not at all adequate, The sun shines through the room from the very early morning hours, as there are are virtually no curtains, os shades. |

Nothing at all. We selected the hotel as a three star hotel and it happened to be a room in a particular house |

The room was fantastic; it was very clean and comfortable with a massive balcony with great views. Anna the owner is fabulous, she was so nice and helpful and her English is great. All the other staff are friendly too and breakfast was really good. We thought the location was great. Villa Valentina is a good distance from the centre, we got the bus in and walked back every time we went into Zadar, it was a pleasant 20 mins walk. |

Close to the port. For this price of money, the room was very small, it's supposed to have 2 bedrooms, but the 2nd one was a small room 3x3m, no windows, no light, no aircondition unit inside that room. The room offered a kitchen (same area with the 1st bedroom), but didn't supply any kitchen equipment. |

The owners were extremely friendly and offered lots of advice and information on what to do in the area. We had a room on the top floor (lots of steps!) with a terrace with a stunning sea view which was perfect for enjoying a bottle of local wine and watching the sun set behind the nearby islands. The Villa is also conveniently located to the beach area. It is a 40 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride from the main part of town but it is definately worth staying a little further out. There is parking if you have a car which is a must for many travellers. I would definately return on my next visit to Zadar. |

Villa Triana is located on the beach of Borik/Diklo, a famous seaside resort, only 3 km from the historic centre of Zadar. |
The attractive villa-style Hotel kod Marinka in the tourist complex Borik benefits from a perfect location only 200 meters from the picturesque Zadar beach and 100 meters from the marina. |
