Proximity to tourist sights restaurants. Cleanliness and friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Quiet location. Window covering was not sufficient needed heavier curtains or blinds. |

Clean spacious room (we were in one of the deluxe rooms - the others did look v small). Nice bathroom - shower slightly temperamental. |

We stayed in the apartment which was on the top floor of the house and included a terrace that looked over the rooftops of the other homes in this historical area. It was charming, spacious, clean and relaxing. Staff were very helpful in restaurant and sight seeing suggestions. The location was minutes from the walled city and allowed us to become a part of the day to day life in Split. From the terrace in this area of old fisherman's houses one could really see and hear how the local people lived; children playing, women hanging laundry out the kitchen windows, men chatting, smoking or doing renovations, and millions of swallows flying in the sky. The apartment was spacious, had windows in every direction and air conditioning if needed. |

Excellent location to the harbour, Riva and old town. Rooms clean and quiet. Facilities great. No breakfast available, but cafe 2 mins walk away offers good breakfast at a discounted rate. No hairdryer in room (not really that important and it was hard to find fault with the hotel). |

Clean and fresh rooms with a very nice and modern bathroom. Excellent location in a cosy quarter near the centre. The non-existent soundproofing: a crying baby next door somewhat disturbed our sleep. |

Great location close to the promenade and also within walking distance of the old part of Split. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Receptionist directed us to good, inexpensive restaurants for dinner and breakfast. You are unable to park close to the hotel, but the receptionist directed us to free street parking a short walk from the hotel. |

Ideal location by the old town of Split, within 1 minutes walk of the heart of the city's waterfront (the Riva). Many good restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Even the beach would take only 15 minutes. Clean, functional and good service. |

Reception staff spoke fluent English & were extremly helpful. Rooms v.clean, room plain but good size and excellent shower. Very convenient to centre of of town, Dioclacian's Palace & walking distance from airport Bus stop. There was quite a lot of noise early in the morning which woke us up. |

very close to the main sea front,cafes,bars and shops.The Hotel staff were very helpful.Rooms was cleaned every day.Excellent value for money. Only small things,reception only open at certain times,and hotel located down a narrow street that does looks a little grotty,but felt safe walking down there. |

The location is very convenient for the old town and Diocletians palace. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Be aware that there is no parking on site, due to the narrow streets in this part of the city. There is a good car park but it is 15 minutes walk away from the hotel, so better to drop off bags beforehand. |
