near the center of Medulin and near the beach, pool it's poor value for money- too expensive for what you get; poor breakfest, poor rooms, uncomfortable bed, too expensive parking in their own yard!!

It's a small complex which makes it relaxing and a peaceful atmosphere. You can have a dinner on site cooked by the owner himself. Although we enjoyed the food we were shocked how much this one dinner had cost us. We weren't told in advance, so be careful as we paid over 240 euro for our dinner. Besides that we weren't informed we also needed to pay for parking.

It is a nice hotel to relax, switch off and enjoy. Also for a young Fam. We left the little one the room sleeping, and we enjoied the dinner outside with the babyphone. Ask for prices if Igor cooks for you.

Excellent!! A 5 generation family hotel with beautiful new garden and pool area. All rooms have a beautiful sea view. Tradititional restaurant with amazing food, prepared freshly every day, using only natural bio ingredients. Breakfast was a dream with everithing on the table and fresh fruits from the trees in the garden. All rooms are charming but room a2 was the best choice. A lot of space with big private balcony. Lovely small table on the terace and inside the room for reading the books and relax. The best value for money what we found in Istria, and we stayed in 5 hotels with 4 and 5 stars. It was a treat to stay in a hotel where the owner is so attentive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!!

- The man who runs the hotel, Igor, is very friendly and helpful - Amazing food, prepared freshly - Small, family-run hotel atmosphere - Great location: 2 minutes into Medulin centre and only 5-10 to the main beach - The mosquitos were annoying, although this is nothing to do with the hotel itself!

Igor is fantastic. Loved the quiet setting, good location near the sea. Breakfast was very good, endless coffee. Access to pool and sitting area where there is access to a variety of drinks (for a small fee). Private parking (for a fee), but very secure and safe from the narrow streets. Free internet throughout the area. Igor cooks, but we did not stay and eat there. Ask for prices. I always hate paying for parking, but Igor built this pad specifically for the place, so I didn't mind it so much. The bathrooms need to be updated a bit. Hard to find, but once you find Regi street, go straight and it is on your right.

Lovely location with a communal garden/pool area, excellent hosts, and absolutely delicious food. Hope to stay again. Very friendly and helpful, great place to stay for families, couples of any age and groups of friends.

We had a perfect stay at the Villa run by a lovely family who excel in etiquette.. Igor who runs the business arranged for a car to be delivered shortly after we arrived and was very helpul with travelling tips. What made Igor special to us was his expertise and pride in preparing delicious food, thoughtfully prepared, cooked only with fresh, natural ingredients. The wine suggested to accompany each meal was equally terrific.A Real gourmet treat added to our tour of Istria, this beautiful region in Croatia

Kleine ruhige Anlage Das Zimmer war viel zu klein und stimmte mit den Angaben im Internet nicht überein.Bei Beschwerde darüber war das Hotel zu keiner Reduktion bereit,lediglich für die nächste Buchung hat man uns eine Reduktion angeboten. Mittlerweile wurde die Zimmergröße zwar im Netz geändert,sie ist jedoch immer noch falsch.das Zimmer(A2) hat 13qm inklusive Bad und WC,in Netzvormals 25qm,jetzt 20.Ob es sich bei den anderen Zimmern ebenso verhält,weiß ich nicht,ist aber anzunehmen.Also Vorsicht!!!!!!

Sicuramente l'ospitalita' e la cortesia del proprietario,in secondo luogo la cura dell'ambiente. Per quanto riguarda la bellezza del luogo circostante (mare ecc..) be il mare della croazia e' spettacolare.

Ein wundervolles kleines Familienhotel. Wir waren anwesend als es fast keine Leute gab, so konnten wir ein Zimmer nach unserer Wahl aussuchen. Wir haben und für das Zimmer A2 entschieden, weil es am sympatischsten und von allen Zimmern in denen wir bisher waren, am größten ist. Eine Leseecke gibt es im Zimmer und auf dem großen Balkon der die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pool hat, auch. Es ist definitiv der richtige Platz für Leute die Hochkolinarisches Essen und Nationalgetränke mögen. Ausgezeichnetes ,,value for money“ im Vergleich mit anderen Restaurans. Im Zusammenhang, unser Auto war sicher auf dem Privatparkplatz geparkt, was man für andere Parkplätze nicht sagen kann. Wir sehen und nächsten Sommer, wenn auch nicht früher.

apparthotel très familiale et agréable avec un joli jardin et petite piscine ou c'était toujours reposant de se retrouver après une journée plage ou visite. on était un couple avec deux ados et tout le monde a apprécié l'hotel, l'acceuil et l'amiabilité d'Igor. je le conseil vivement! la seule rémarque est qu'on ne peut pas vraiment cuisiner dans l'appartement, kitchenette trop petite

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, immer sauber, und die Anlage ist mit Sicherheit einer der schönsten dort. Ein sehr gepflegter Garten, ein schöner Pool, die Möbel im Garten und beim Essen sind auch sehr schön hergerichtet, ein sehr freundliches Personal. Obwohl wir ganz oben waren, hat es immer eine sehr angenehme Temperatur im Zimmer gehabt. Der Balkon war auch sehr groß und man konnte direkt zum Meer sehen. Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Parkmöglichkeit, daher das es so eng war und sehr wenig Raum zum einparken haben wir immer draussen geparkt. Das Poolwasser war auch ziemlich kalt, aber das hat wahrscheinlich daran gelegen, das es die Woche zuvor immer geregnet hat und es auch nicht so warm war.

Molto piacevole la colazione all'aperto con cibi curati. Spazi comuni curati e piacevoli. Ottima posizione per muoversi tra il centro e le spiagge con servizi sotto casa. In ogni caso è consigliata la bici. Parcheggio gratuito praticamente inesistente. Pulizia della stanza non impeccabile. Mancanza di armadi nella stanza-studio. In generale la stanza non è qualitativamente allineata agli spazi comuni.

Sehr schöne Außenanlage, ruhig. Stilvolles Ambiente beim Abendessen. Getränke Self-Service. Abgesperrter Parkplatz. Abendessen in der Villa ist viel zu teuer. Tipp: Sich immer vor jeder Bestellung nach dem genauen Preis erkundigen, sonst erlebt man böse überraschungen bei der Endabrechnung!!! Parkgebühr ist extra zu bezahlen, obwohl bei der Buchung "Zimmer inkl. Parkplatz" angeführt ist. Zimmer sind klein und einfach aber sauber.

Am besten an unserem Aufenthalt haben uns gefallen: das Wetter, meiner Tochter der Pool und dass man gut schlaeft. Das Essen war nicht, wie angegeben, aus biologischer Landwirtschaft und von der Qualitaet her nicht besonders gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis stimmt nicht, auch was die Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit betrifft. Enttaeuschend waren Unklarheiten bei der Abrechnung, da versucht wurde, nicht Vereinbartes zu verrechnen.
