Igor is fantastic. Loved the quiet setting, good location near the sea. Breakfast was very good, endless coffee. Access to pool and sitting area where there is access to a variety of drinks (for a small fee). Private parking (for a fee), but very secure and safe from the narrow streets. Free internet throughout the area. Igor cooks, but we did not stay and eat there. Ask for prices.

I always hate paying for parking, but Igor built this pad specifically for the place, so I didn't mind it so much. The bathrooms need to be updated a bit. Hard to find, but once you find Regi street, go straight and it is on your right.

We had a perfect stay at the Villa run by a lovely family who excel in etiquette.. Igor who runs the business arranged for a car to be delivered shortly after we arrived and was very helpul with travelling tips. What made Igor special to us was his expertise and pride in preparing delicious food, thoughtfully prepared, cooked only with fresh, natural ingredients. The wine suggested to accompany each meal was equally terrific.A Real gourmet treat added to our tour of Istria, this beautiful region in Croatia

C'est une maison d'hotes charmante où l'accueil est super sympa, même en hors saison. Nous étions les premiers hotes de l'année et nous avons été trés bien reçus dans cette charmante maison avec un jardin et une piscine magnifique. Chambres trés confortables et trés propres, petit déjeuner copieux et servi au jardin, anglais trés bien parlé. La carte du restaurant a l'air trés alléchante.... une trés bonne adresse en Istrie à l'écart de Pula mais à seulement 10 min'. a recommander sans hésiter

Kleine ruhige Anlage

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein und stimmte mit den Angaben im Internet nicht überein.Bei Beschwerde darüber war das Hotel zu keiner Reduktion bereit,lediglich für die nächste Buchung hat man uns eine Reduktion angeboten. Mittlerweile wurde die Zimmergröße zwar im Netz geändert,sie ist jedoch immer noch falsch.das Zimmer(A2) hat 13qm inklusive Bad und WC,in Netzvormals 25qm,jetzt 20.Ob es sich bei den anderen Zimmern ebenso verhält,weiß ich nicht,ist aber anzunehmen.Also Vorsicht!!!!!!

Staff gentilissimo, ambienti puliti e ordinati. Colazione nel patio buona. Giardino con piscina molto curati.

Camera un pò piccola per due persone.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, immer sauber, und die Anlage ist mit Sicherheit einer der schönsten dort. Ein sehr gepflegter Garten, ein schöner Pool, die Möbel im Garten und beim Essen sind auch sehr schön hergerichtet, ein sehr freundliches Personal. Obwohl wir ganz oben waren, hat es immer eine sehr angenehme Temperatur im Zimmer gehabt. Der Balkon war auch sehr groß und man konnte direkt zum Meer sehen.

Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Parkmöglichkeit, daher das es so eng war und sehr wenig Raum zum einparken haben wir immer draussen geparkt. Das Poolwasser war auch ziemlich kalt, aber das hat wahrscheinlich daran gelegen, das es die Woche zuvor immer geregnet hat und es auch nicht so warm war.

Situation au calme tout en étant proche (accessibles à pied) du centre du village de Medulin, du bord de mer, des magasins et des restaurants. Toutes les chambres, très confortables, ont une grande terrasse avec vue sur le splendide jardin entretenu avec soin par Igor et sa famille. L’accueil est parfait: Igor est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes; de plus il aime cuisiner et cela se traduit dans la qualité et la diversité des plats proposés. N'hésitez donc pas à prendre un repas du soir dans son patio très agréable !

Supervriendenlijk en persoonlijk onthaal door de gastheer. Rustige ligging niet al te ver van de zee. Fijn ontbijt.

Het zwembad viel nogal klein uit. Op de website kreeg je de indruk dat het veel groter was.

Camera non in linea con lo stile delle aree comuni.

It is a nice hotel to relax, switch off and enjoy. Also for a young Fam. We left the little one the room sleeping, and we enjoied the dinner outside with the babyphone.
