It was a really beautiful location - Lopud was truely wonderful. Very peaceful. The hotel was fabulous. Beautiful views from the terrace at breakfast; excellent apartment, right next to the pool. Great balcony for the exquisite sunsets. Very nice facilities - we enjoyed the kitchen in a cupboard idea in the apartment! Would like to visit again and would definitely recommend. Only cleaned the room every other day - for a four star hotel I was surprised. Bit slow at breakfast keeping the buffet filled. |

Excellent place to stay and chill out. It is probably the best location on the island with polite staff who can see the future Lousy bacon and eggs... materials were ok but the cooking and presentation uninviting. |

Great location, steps away from the ferry dock and beautiful views from rooms. Helpful staff -they arranged a day kayak trip to another island. Easy going and helpful. Rooms are a bit old, but we had the attic which was kind of romantic though the furniture was old and floors squeeky. The bathroom was updated. |

The view from the Breakfast Terrace was amazing. Food ran out at breakfast unless you went early. Our room was too small. Tea and coffee were poor. |

Excellent position just above the picturesque promenade of Lopud. Lovely design: especially the terrace with little statues, that was nicely done. Room also quite comfy, nice bathroom with touches like seashells... While the restaurant staff was pretty professional, the guys at the reception could have been more friendly and helpful. Also, the cleaning ladies tended to be loud (shouting at 7 am). Overall, however, a very good hotel with a special atmosphere and I will definitely recommend it to friends. |

Attentiveness of the staff and management was excellent. The building/gardens/sun terrace and location were outstanding. Proximity to village/harbour perfect. Transfer (organised by the hotel) to and from airport could not have been better. On occasions ,no sun brollies available at poolside. They were taken away for use at other functions on the sun terrace (lunches, functions, etc.) |

location, quietness, restaurant the first room was not up to the standard I would have hoped for for a "superior sea view" it was rigt in the attic with tiny windows lowe ceilings and had an oppressive feel. The staff moved us to a villa on the premises which was better. |
