was very easy to find, the hotel, the room for 4 of us was huge and very comfortable, the staff very friendly. the wi fi was bit marginal but worked fine by the reception. Great stay

Big rooms, staff is very friendly, warm and cosy atmosphere, fine food.

A little noisy in the evening because of street traffic and restaurant downstairs, but tolerable.

This hotel has well appointed rooms with big balconies. The beds are very confortable and the air conditioning is fine. It's a short walk from a nice beach, but about 1km from the main beaches of Umag and 6km from the town which is small, but charming. Both of the restaurants have good food and really excellent soups. The fish and meats were very good. Breakfast is a nice buffet --they could use a bit more vegetables there, but there are some good choices even if it does not vary much.

Biggest issue we had was the promised wifi which works only on the 1st floor and reception area and is very slow. They need coverage of the restaurant area and all floors. The service at the restaurant is slow, but this is typical for the region. The hotel is by a fairly busy road which is posted 30km/hr, but cars come flying through very fast and are fairly loud at times. They could really use some rental bikes that would allow people to get around more easily as it's not so close to the town and other places nearby and the nearest bike rental is over 1km away. Not too much english speaking staff, but its possible to get by...

Great service, amazing food and big, confortable rooms with aircondition. Very good value for the money. It' worth it to try their kitchen.

Very good hotel near by the Kempinsky Adriatic golf course....recommandation for golfers.

Excellent staff service, comfortable king size beds, luxurious bathroom. The best thing was, however, the positive attitude toward dogs.

- Extrem freundliches Personal (mit Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch- Kenntnissen) - Hunde (ohne Zusatzkosten) willkommen - Essen hervorragend (sowohl Frühstück als auch "à la carte Essen" im Restaurant oder in der Pizzeria) - Wäldchen gegenüber ideal für Reisende mit Hund (wie wir) - Strand/Meer nicht weit entfernt (und auch genug Plätzchen, wo Hunde am Strand erlaubt sind) und wenig überlaufen - Minibar/Kühlschrank am Zimmer

- Wlan reichte leider nicht bis ins oberste Stockwerk (dafür hat die Rezeption aber sofort ein lan Kabel zur Verfügung gestellt) - Wenn man ein Zimmer auf der Strassenseite hat, dann hört man den Verkehr - trotz 30er Zone, an die sich aber wirklich niemand hält - sehr stark (wie schon oft erwähnt), was ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht wirklich ermöglicht, aber auch nicht extrem stört, wenn man die Jalousien geschlossen hat. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden - als kein no-go. ;-)

Hotel ist sehr neu und Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber.Die Mitarbeiter sprechen alle sehr gut Deutsch und auch die beiden Restaurants im Hotel sind sehr zu empfehlen, Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig!!! Immer wieder gerne!!!
