Very quiet, nice place for leisure or business, nice view from the room´s balcony.

Staff friendly. Clean and tidy and excellent value. Has excellent swimming pool and loungers if not wanting to go far. Not far from main centre. Good shower.Would definitely go back there. Also good for self-catering with everything you require. Generally don't need to use as there is a large range of restaurants / cafes in Cavtat with good menus and reasonably priced.

On a hill but not too bad compared with other villas which are further up the hill.

Room was very large with kitchen facilities, extra clean bathroom, sitting area, beautiful terrace. Very nice decor. Owner was very friendly and drove me to the airport at 5:20 AM.

Brilliant value for money Made to feel very welcome by the owner Ivan and his family nothing was too much trouble Nice to have swimming pool at the accomodation which is rare at smaller properties Ivan gave us a lift to the airport on our return journey and although our apartment was booked from the day we were leaving he gave us a nother room to ourselves to use freely for the day as we had a late return flight

Although only 5 mins from the centre of Cavtat it took 15mins on return journey due to steep incline - You need to be fit to stay here although once again Ivan will always pick you up from town if required

The hotel is very clean. Room cleaning and changing towels was carried out daily. Plenty of hot water. Excellent view from the balcony to the sea and the hills surrounding cavtat. There are a lot of comments about the hill down into the town but we did not find this a problem. Villa Voinic is closer to the town than a lot of other apartments and hotels. If you take the view that it is a five minute walk down and a ten minute walk up you should not have any problems. The owner even gave us a lift to the airport at the end of our stay. The room was plenty big enough and had a small kitchen area complete with a fridge. For reasonbly priced accomodation I would certainly reccommend Villa Voinic..

Air con in one of the rooms not working. Fairly basically furnished, but made up for by the outside terrace, the pool and the friendly owners.

Dear All, We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Voinic very much and found the hotel to be extremely clean and the swimming pool was exceptially good. The children went swimming everyday and it had a shallow part of the pool which had a depth of about 1m. It is a family run hotel and the family were very considerate towards their guests and we felt we were "part of the family". They cannot do enough for their guests and even gave guests free transfers to Dubrovnic airport. Dubrovnic airport has especially good facilities for young children, a swing park opposite the entrance and a large cave 50m from the entrance which the children especially enjoyed. Overall, I would be happy to stay in this hotel again and recommend it as it is one of the best "family" hotels we have stayed in. Regards, Andy

The only negative is the hotel is the hotel is on a hill and the beach / restaurants were at the bottom of the hill. At the top of the hill is a supermarket and a very good restaurant and it is a bit cooler.

Location is good. Rooms were good size. Had a very nice view on top floor. Staff gave us ride to airport for same price as taxi so no hassle. Internet worked good. Everything seemed to be as advertised which seems rare anymore.

Uphill from Harbor but so were many other apartments. Bathroom was small but functional. Bring shampoo.

Friendly, helpful owner who was very kind to us. The apartment is in a very good location and the balcony gives a lovely view over Cavtat. The swimming pool is a great way to cool down too. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and Cavtat is a beautiful place; ideal for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely stay at Villa Voinic again!

Ivo, the owner, his family and staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful even providing us with a free lift to the airport the day of our departure. Indeed we were offered lifts from Cavtat village to the apartment almost every day. The apartment was air-conditioned and very comfortable with a brand new bathroom. Villa Voinic has its own swimming pool which, although small, was ideal for a quiet swim and relaxation. We would love to return there.

The only drawback is the 10 minute walk uphill from the village but Ivo more than compensates for this by providing lifts when required. In any case one gets used to the walk.

Everything was perfect in Villa Voinic.When we arrived , the owner received us and treat us perfectly. He gave us a very nice room on the top floor. They are situated in a very calm street where you can relax and enoy with the views to the see and mountains. They have a swimingpool and it's perfect in summer before to get the room take a bath there!! The rooms are equipated with kitchenette , fridge and all facilities to live there and also very clean , they do it very day. The owners have also a restaurant in the right part of the port called "ivan" where you can eat delicious food and wine. Fish are specially good!! I strongly reccomend you go there and enjoy a meal. Last day they pick us up at the airport free of charge. Our staying there was absolutely fantastic , without doubt , the best place we stayed in Croatia and I have reccomend it to my friends who are visiting Croatia next months.

Great accomodation, friendly and helpful owners and lovely swimming pool! We had a top floor room and I would recommend this for the lovely views.

Very clean.The studio was recently totally refurbished and in very good condition. The balcony had great views over the town and the sea. The air conditioning! There is a very nice small swimming pool on the back terrace which is fab to use after you've walked up the hill from town.The owners are great, even gave us a lift to the airport. If you catch a bus from Dubrovniic, the bus stop you need is the stop before the centre, on the hill.

The position. It's on a very steep hill. You need to be fit or have lots of money for taxis.

Our stay at Villa Voinic was perfect and very good value. The owners Ivan & Maria are very kind and the rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. The villa is only 280 meters from the centre and one of the only villias with an outside pool. The Villa is at the top of a steep hill (so maybe not so good for the elderly) but this gives you amazing views of Cavtat.

нам очень понравился наш отдых в Villa Voinic. мы жили в красивом уютном номере. в номере есть все условия для самостоятельного приготовления еды (что позволяет хорошо сэкономить), а при желании можно посетить ресторан "иван", который расположен на побережье в тихом спокойном месте, идеальном для отдыха от городской суеты. там нас порадовали вкусные блюда, а также скидка от хозяина ресторана. месторасположение Villa Vionic очень хорошее - несмотря на подъем (который привел наши фигуры в порядок за время отдыха :) это очень красивое, спокойное место. приветливый хозяин сам предложил бесплатно отвезти нас в аэропорт на своей машине.

De kleine keuken was helemaal compleet incl. Een schone theedoek, afwasmiddel etc.De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

De lakens, daar zat een werkje in waardoor ze hobbelig waren, dit vond ik niet zo prettig. De airconditioner deed het niet, maar wij hebben de ramen opengezet en niet aan de eigenaar gevraagd ernaar te kijken.
