Zeer goede en hartelijke ontvangst. Ontbijt prima geregeld en een altijd vriendelijke en vrolijke dochter van de eigenaar die ons hielp.

Ondanks een zitje buiten de kamer met uitzicht op enkele bewoners van Split, is het toch een beetje jammer dat je geen balkon of grotere ramen hebt, waardoor het wat donker is. Maar dat kan niet anders, omdat het een oud verbouwd huis is.

Locatie is zeer centraal en personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Kamer was klein en donker. Bij aankomst was de kamer zeer schoon maar gedurende ons verblijf (3 nachten) werd alleen het bed opgemaakt. Afval niet opgeruimd en kamer duidelijk niet schoongemaakt

The owner and his receptionist were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a freshly prepared breakfast served to us each morning and the fresh coffee was delicious.

Although it was difficult to find, the hotel once located is very clean and neat and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Good location. Within walking distance from the port, bus station and the palace. Very good option for short stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

its proximity to the centre of Split

With the exception of the owner himself, the off hand attitude of other members of staff was disappointing.

Very helpful staff. We were very late arriving and they were still cheerful and helpful, and took our suitcase up the stairs for us (no lift). The breakfast was fine, although there was no choice. Good location for visiting Split attractions. Sink and fridge provided - good for longer stays.

The location is hard to find by car, so you need to follow the directions provided, otherwise you will probably get very lost in the maze of small streets in Split, like we did. The directions provided are pretty good, although the restaurant and hotel they mention close by are difficult to spot. The location is very close to Diocletian's Palace on foot, but not by car. Also, we had not noticed that it was an appartment not a hotel, so we did not realise the staff had to wait around outside in the street to let us in. Small point - there were no bedside lamps. Also note that they do not accept credit cards, only cash.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Good accommodation. Well equipped..Not a tradititional hotel. A great place to stay..

Stairs might not suit elderly or infirm.

Great boutique hotel just on the edge of the city centre. Perfect location. Lovely traditional large rooms. Very freindly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast was good and fresh (Boiled eggs included). All the attractions of Split were within walking distance (City was only 5 minutes away).

Parking was difficult (not impossible on street) and hotel was difficult to find without gps.

A great location and genuinely friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was very good.

very little hot water - only allowed for 5 minute shower at the most. no sound proofing between rooms but it was pretty quiet at night anyways.

Nice hotel, near the beach and the bus to take us to the old city.We had a great time, beautiful city.
