Cancellation
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Revive, recharge or simply unwind. Lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna, hot tub hydromassage and tropic rain shower are set near terrace cocktail bar and authentic mediterranean vegetation garden.
The hotel's own Sunshine Cafe Restaurant serves local organically grown produce that offers an authentic dining experience. Sunshine Cafe Restaurant is open from middle of June to the middle of September. Off season, enjoy local gastronomy in one of many bistros, restaurants or konoba's (taverns).
Evening dinner 3-course menu is available for only EUR 15 per person in July and August.

The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough when asked a question. The location was good - close enough to the harbour centre to be in the action, just far enough outside to be quieter and close to the beaches It wasn't amazing value - partly caused by the poor Kuna/Euro exchange rate. They also forgot to clean our room on one day and when prompted weren't able to resolve it because the cleaner had left. But neither of these points detracted from the stay |

The location was great for beach, shops restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly and our holiday couldnt have been better. |

All the staff at the Villa Adriatica were exceptionally friendly helpful and professional. Hotel was small and intimate and suited our requirements. Breakfast was good and plentiful |

No me ha gustado nada no repitiria Habitación excesivamente pequeña, ubicación, no ascensor, instalaciones anunciadas no abiertas (bar para tomar algo), facilidad de pago (no posible pago con visa), desayuno escaso, no parquing, precio excesivo por la habitación recibida. |

Nous avons vraiment été séduits par l'hospitalité et la gentillesse du personnel de cet hotel charmant, calme, trés propre, trés bien situé et servant un bon breakfast, où nous avons passé 3 nuits. Un grand merci pour leur gentillesse aux propriétaires, m et mme zlatan, qui nous ont conduits au centre de soins et même au restaurant, aprés notre accident de scooter du 1er jour. Hotel vraiment trés accueillant, aussi cosi qu'une une chambre chez l'habitant, rassurant et reposant. A recommander! |
