We found the hotel to be quite arrogant. Location is not in the nice coastal village Fazana as advertised on Booking but it is inland. Very noisy bathroom sounds from neighbours. Noisy TV-sounds from corridor.

A very clean hotel with excellent service and food. The staff were very polite efiicient and obliging The hotel is quite isolated so you definitely need a car/transport as the buses seem to be non existant.

I think Villa Letan is very good, comfort hotel. The food is good like the all contents the offer to their guests.. The hotel i a little to far from the beach.

Nice and peaceful hotel. The room price is relatively expensive in the comparison to the other hotels nearby. The location was not great, it is far from the city and there is nothing around. I booked that hotel as I was thinking that SPA service was included to the room price and we were not carrying about the location since we were staying there just one night. As we arrived to the hotel I found out that the SPA service (sauna) was not included to the room price moreover it was expensive. They gave as room with the sea view but the view was not great. Sea was far away, we saw a little bit of it over the roofs of the houses. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is good just in summer.

Lep ohranjen hotel v mirnem naravnem okolju. Več pozornosti do gostov s strani osebja v restavraciji. Imajo še veliko rezerv v kadrih. Predlagal bi dodatno šolanje maldega kadra.

Il tipo di struttura, l'abitabilità della stanza e la pulizia. Forse perchè ero un pò prevenuto per precedenti esperienze. La qualità della prima colazione pottrebbe essere migliore. Direi che abbassa il giudizio complessivo dell'hotel.

Tutto bellissimo! Siamo stati bene e ci e' dispiaciuto andar via.l'hotel si trova in tranquilla provincia di pula ed e' un'ottima base strategica per visitare tutta l'istria.

La posizione dell'hotel e' molto decentrato quasi in aperta campagna, vicino alla spiaggia (circa tre km), che comunque non e' il massimo anzi...la sua posizione pero' ti da la possibilita' di visitare dei centri importanti come pula e rovigno, molto carini e che sono a brevissima distanza. La struttura e' carina ma forse un po' trascurata sopratutto le camere. Si perdono in un bicchiere d'acqua: per es. A colazione che dovrebbe essere tutto compreso il caffe' ed il cappuccino lo devi pagare. Negli appartamenti come ho preso io avendo due figli, il letto matrimoniale non lo fanno, e se lo vuoi devi pagare un extra. No mi sembra molto corretto questo.

Sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer. Insgesamt schöne Anlage. Nur mässiges Frühstück für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie/ Preisklasse. Beim Frühstück störendes Gedudel aus Fernseher/ Boxen. Der Strand ist ca. 2 km entfernt.

Dobro- izgled hotela i hotelskih soba Slabo- hotel ima zaključan hladilnik i treba, da naručiš piče umesto, da bi ga uzeo i sobnog hladilnika. Hotelski gosti se kupaju na moru, a nemojo kde da posuše ručnike i kopalna odječa.

Villa letan ist ein gutes, nicht zu grosses, sauberes hotel in einem kleinen dorf...unsere wünsche wurden erfüllt. Man isst sehr gut und das preis-leistungs verhältnis stimmt vollkommen. Angebote wie:tennis, wellness, badespass sind vorhanden. Zum strand sind es 1,3km...dies ist zu fuss machbar. Der strand ist steinig und nicht überfüllt. Um auch in die stadt pulla oder fasana zu gelangen ist ein auto notwenig.

ruhige Lage, zweckmäßig, alles entspricht höchstens 3* Empfehlung mit Einschränkung, Lage des Zimmers war, weil 2. Stock, i.O. sonst aber sicher bedrückend; Frühstück/-raum lieblos, steril, einfach. Es ist der Maßstab der vorgegeben wird: erwartet man wirklich 4* wird man enttäuscht sein.

Camere ampie, pulite e molto silenziose. Ottimo il Comfort. Personale molto gentile. Non vicinissimo al mare ma distanza più che gestibile anche a piedi.

Položaj hotela.Smještenost sadržaja(bazen i teniski teren.),blizina Fažane,a samim tim i Brijuna.Mirno susjedstvo.Ukratko sve sto mi odgovara. Zakljucavanje frižidera morate izbaciti.Trazenje kljuca na recepciji je besmislica.
