Friendship!was unexpected, had a very nice room with a balcony,heating, bathroom,daily cleaning. Staff helped me for everything you can imagine ...and you can eat there very very well. Staff wa s a bit confused about my booking when I arrived and I could only pay for my stay cash |

The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. It is situated quite a long way from the town centre, surrounded by high-rise blocks of flats. |

It was a short walk to the older part of Split. This hotel was extremely difficult to find. We spent 1.5 hours looking. In fact we were just about to give up when we spotted it. Needs a sign on the major road to indicate where it is. My husband and I arrived feeling extremely frustrated therefore our assessment of our room was harsher than it would have been. Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good (and available until mid-morning so no rush to get up). Room was a good size and bathroom enormous. Around a mile from the city centre, in the middle of a shabby estate with limited amenities. Approach to hotel not well-lit at night. |

Walking distance to central Split. Air conditioning. Helpful reception staff. Good breakfast. Surroundings of hotel horrible, high rise flats, grafitti, broken glass. Ground floor room and cleaner left windows open all day. |

Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful and good value for money. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, which was great, however our first impression of the location of the hotel was that it was a bit run down and not very inviting but in hindsight the area was fine and it was just residential. Its ideal for visiting Split if you don't want to spend too much on the hotel. |

The hotel is modern and clean with all the facilities needed in the room. We used it as a stop-over the night before our flight. It very much served our purpose. The walk into town was not so far, but in any case there are plenty of taxis about to get back in the evening. |

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Really is only a ten minute walk from the old city. Clean, pleasant , very good aircon - essential for croatian summers!! |

Relatively decent location.Extra bed in room nice.Large bathrom and drying racks.Big desk surface.Breakfast basic but satisfying. Just a little outside the old town centre-darker street to walk on later in the evening. No cafes close by. Patio but no chairs to sit on.Stairs to upper level steep and narrow for luggage. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/15 minute walk in to the old town. Like an Oasis in the middle of a rough council estate. No problems but I did wonder whether my bike would be there each morning. Very basic but ok. |
