Excellent location, relaxed but professional and helpful staff, old traditional villa and great room

No parking on site, but given the location this is understandable.

Everything was brilliant from the moment we arrived to the morning we left. The Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was excellent AND plentiful.

This was our 7th visit to Cavtat and the Villa Pattiera, and each time we enjoy it more. The Staff are superb, from the owners to the cleaning lady. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is great and the location perfect. Can't wait to go back again.

We had a wonderful stay here at Villa Pattiera! The staff are outstanding and always willing to go above and beyond. The location is superb -- right in the center of Cavtat. The rooms and facilities are clean and very picturesque. We had one of the top rooms with a roofdeck that overlooked the main square. The food is delicious (the restaurant has received many awards). A wonderful place to stay! Very personable and charming. I would go back in a second!

Almost everything. All staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Location was ideal.

No car parking. Couldn't hotel reserve parking at reduced cost in pay area.

Location Staff really delightful, friendly and helpful. They anticipated we would find it difficult to get to the hotel by car on our arrival so set up a system in advance which worked like a charm. Full marks for this foresight. We really appreciated that. Their restaurant was one of the better ones we experienced in Croatia, (I would not call Croatia a gourmet paradise).

Very good, small boutique hotel. Staff very friendly providing good service. Restaurant very good. Location in Cavtat very good. Cavtat is a good holiday centre with its own interests and leisure facilities (swimming, cafes etc), close to Dubrovnik but slightly cheaper. Plenty of small ferries (use this to get to Dubrovnik) around the coast from here.

Parking is extra and quite expensive in the public car park. This is close to te hotel but confusing when you first arrive in the town.

Superb staff. Perfect location for the bay & facilities in Cavtat.

Отель расположен в самом центре старого города на берегу бухты. Внизу масса ресторанов. Свой ресторан при отеле. Нам предложили два замечательных номера на последнем третьем этаже. Номера имели выход на общую террасу с видом на море. Терасса большая, есть столики, стулья, четыре лежака, кадки с цветами.

Позицию "Удобства" первоначально оценил на удовлетворительно, поскольку существуют сложности с парковкой авто - зона пешеходная, поэтому приходится держать авто на платной стоянке неподалеку. Правда отель решил вопрос о скидке на парковку, так что особых проблем мы не испытывали. А, поскольку, основной массе вопрос парковки не актуален, - повысил балл по этой позиции на "Хорошо".

Great location. Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful. Breakfasts very good. Relaxing hotel. Clean, small boutique hotel, nicely decorated, bedding crisp, changed regularly, towels changed daily. Lovely small and friendly hotel. Restaurant nice also. It would be nice if the hotel had its own pool and sun loungers to sit on, but I think they are trying to get plans for this passed. Nothing is too much trouble. We had room 6, which was the largest room on the 2nd floor with a large shared terrace, fabulous views towards the sea.

Nothing did not like, just had a problem with the aircon on the day we arrived - it was 36 degrees. It had become blocked, but when we reported it the next morning (Sunday) we were offered a change of room (which we did not want to move as we had unpacked and we had the best room in the hotel anyway), but we slept in another room, until it was repaired. The hotel staff were most helpful and concerned that we were too hot and could not do enough for us. I think from talking to other travelers the aircon is not as strong in croatia as in other countries, possibly - we laughed with the hotel owner about this and told him to get a bigger individual unit for the larger rooms.

hotel villa pattiera is A very friendly small hotel in the best location in cavtat, staff are extremely helpful and polite and nothing is too much trouble.breakfasts are the best and the food at the hotel restaurant is superb.

The staff were efficient and charming, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, The hotel is ideally located for restaurants, seafront, sunbathing and swimming. We enjoyed our stay in Cavtat and would like to return.
