Zadar is an ancient city interesting for all kinds of tourists during the whole year. It offers beautiful historical spots in the old town and beautiful beaches nearby. I recommend Bruschetta restaurant for a wonderful meal ( fish or meat). The most beautiful sunset is always in Zadar!

Zadar is a beautiful city.
Zadar is a beautiful city. There is so much to see and enjoy. Sunsets were breathtaking. So many lovely cafes, bars & restaurants & all very reasonably priced.
The apartment was perfect, spacious and very well equipped. For anyone who wants to self cater, there is a more than an adequate supply of pots, pans, crockery and other cooking & serving utensils. Furnishings are very comfortable.
The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town. I found it to be a safe & easy walk. It was nice, after a day sightseeing, to return to a quiet residential area. A bit like a home away from home.
The owners were there to greet me when I arrived and they were very welcoming and helpful.
I would be very happy to return to Stunning apartment and to recommend it to family & friends.

Really good town just for walking; long attractive promenade with great sunsets, plenty of restaurants and bars, good shops. Obviously touristed, but not too crowded in September compared to Split or Dubrovnik.

Zadar is good a gateway to all the islands and nature parks...
Zadar is good a gateway to all the islands and nature parks but the city itself is somewhat underwhelming. We were there in the last days of September/first days of October and on the weekend it was completely full of tourists. I wouldn't want to experience it in high season. Many things were already closed even though there were plently of visitors and the weather was really nice. If you are looking to go to the beach, prepare to be disappointed or to drive to some beaches at least half an hour away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Demar. The rooms were excellently appointed, spacious, very clean and comfortable with direct access to the sun loungers and pool. The owner and staff could not have done more for us during our stay. Breakfasts were delicious. We were able to park immediately outside our room.
Zadar old town is very attractive and historically interesting, but a good half hour walk away, however, a shared taxi back was very reasonable. Would recommend the restaurant ‘Mama Mia’ a few streets away from the hotel.
the location - is literally on the Main Street of the Old Town of Zadar
the lady waited for us at the office to give us the keys and lead us to the apartment
it looks like a hotel room and has its standard which we liked a lot
the view is on the street so it might get quite noisy but if we close the window is very calm and we turn on the AC so no problem of that
the bed was very comfortable, the room super clean and enough of space to but our bags and stuff
hot water in the shower and everything well prepared
we liked it a lot!!
Dario the owner is definitely my highlight! it’s a family buisness so it feels like you are becoming part of the family for a short period of time! so caring and attentive! Julia his daughter is as exceptional! the location is perfect, in the heart of the old town, the breakfast is made with love by Dario and worth every penny! he is my croatian Phil Collins look alike! definitely a place to stay if u come to Zadar! the bed is super comfortable also! i give 100 stars!
An outstanding boutique hotel in an excellent spot. Having stayed in Zadar several times, this is my favourite hotel. The receptionist/manager is a lovely lady, with a great sense of humour. She brightened up our day. The Booking.com hotel listing doesn't do this place just. Really nice inside, great walled garden/restaurant, smart rooms. Quirky decoration and art, plus plenty of history in this converted miltary hospital. My go to choice next time I'm in Zadar.
The apartment has an excellent location in the old town but the building is not old. The apartment has all the facilities. We took a taxi from the bus station got off from Zadarski Volt, and walked 3 minutes to the apartment. Though it's on the third floor, the stairs were easy to walk. The apartment was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The host met us at the property, provided detailed instructions, and, recommended some excellent restaurants.
Famly run business. Well appointed kitchen.Residental locality with close bus stop into Zadar old town. 2 supermarkets and local bars and vegetable market, 3 minutes walk away. Free Air conditioning. 15 minute easy walk via shortcut into Zadar.
Free wifey.
Ivan was very helpful with things to do. Airport transfer about €30 (£25) cheapest around. Only larger shops and restaurants take card payments,so take some local currency.
Enjoyable 2 week stay.
Great location and value for a short stay in Zadar. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Nada, one of the hosts, was so sweet and suggested a great local place for our first meal in Croatia. It was incredibly convenient to have free parking so close to the city center as well, and though parking isn't guaranteed here, the hosts were nice enough to reserve a spot for us when we arrived (once we moved the car, we were on our own).
The room was perfectly situated in old town. You couldn't ask for a more central room than this. Room was very clean and air condition and wifi were excellent. Would stay again! Definitely suggest parking at Ul. Krešimira Ćosića, 23000, Zadar, Croatia. It's about a 7 minute walk, but it is the cheapest option, and you can park overnight. Make sure to have Kuna (Euro post Jan 2023) for payment for parking.
The location is perfect and central. You can get to the beach in 3 to 4 minute walk. You can walk to the old town in 15 minutes. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was always greeting us going and coming out the hotel. The owners were on site and made it very comfortable for us. They are from the U.S. I recommend this location to everyone.
Fabulous apartment with pool, close to a couple of cafe bars and Tommy's supermarket. Bus stop 2 minute walk to get into Zadar cost €1.60 per journey or approximately €9 with uber. Beach front very close and is a nice walk which ever direction you go. Jasmina is a fabulous host and on hand to advise you with anything.
Everything was excellent. Apartment is brand new in a very quiet area few minutes walk from old town. Hosts were very nice and helpful. We were family of 5, there was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed our stay. I can sincerely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Zadar
The apartment was an absolute delight primarily due to its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of Zadar Old Town, this hotel couldn't be in a better spot. The convenience of being within walking distance of landmarks, and the key attractions made my visit both enjoyable and effortless.
The hostel is in an absolutely brilliant location right in the center of Zadar old town. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with good quality linen and towels provided. The staff were also very friendly and were happy to answer questions I had about day trips/how to ask for things in Croatian.
Clean, comfortable, modern, new hotel only 10-15 minutes walk from Zadar's old town. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant when we arrived, and it was the nicest meal we had in Zadar. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was very quiet.
The food was pretty good and the hotel facilities were adequate, plus the price for an all-inclusive stay was hard to beat. The location probably was decent most of the year, a smaller beach to the north of Zadar a little off the beaten path.
Phenomenal room, like in a 5 star hotel without such a price tag, great location near the Old City centre and close to Kolovare beach.
The host was also great and super helpful with all requests, really appreciate that!
It was very nice to have our own little studio within an apparthotel. The receptionists were very helpful and kind. Close to the beach and easy access to the old town of Zadar, the location was perfect for us :)
