These are 10 independent villas, each housing 2 well-furnished apartments for 2-4 guests, in the picturesque town of Baska on the island of Krk. The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room which can accommodate 2 more people, a bathroom and a kitchen. Every apartment has a balcony or a terrace. Separate appartment is very convinient. It looks that baska has just only 1 hotel swiming pool, and it is good that Villa corinthia guests are allowed to us eit for free. Very small appartments, kitchen. The car parking is only chargable, and is not possible to find free parking in streets nearby. The view from the window - car parking, no garden.

odległość do morza, możliwość korzystania z kompleksu basenowego w głównym hotelu rodzaj spania w części jadalnej (niewygodna sofa), gliniaste podłoże przed apartamentem (zwłaszcza po deszczu).

Az appartman tiszta, jól felszerelt. 1 hálószoba és a nappaliban 1 kihúzhatós ágy volt. Közel van a strand és a part sétány üzletekkel és éttermekkel. A szálló szolgáltatásai rendelkezésre állnak. Különösen jó és élvezetes a szálló saját fürdője, medencéi. A bejárati ajtó kilinccsel nem volt nyitható, le volt fittyenve. Jeleztük, de nem javították meg. A konyhában kiégett a villanykörte, azt sem. Naponta takarítottak, de a személyzet sem intézkedett(?!). Az erkély korlátja hiányos és rozsdás volt. A z erkélyen zsinór rondán volt kihúzva ruhaszáritónak. A teraszon a napernyő szakadt. A tusoló rondán lett kiszilikonozva. Egy kicsit több gondossággal, figyelemmel kiválóan nézhetne ki az appartman. Kár ezekért a hibákért, oda nem figyelésért. Ennél mi is jobbat érdemelménk a fizetett árért.

Die Lage der Appartmenthäuser ist außerhalb der Hotelanlage direkt am Hauptparkplatz des Ortes. Es mangelt außerdem an der Ausstattung: für 4 Personen nur 3 Kuchenteller, keine Schaufel und Besen ... . Die ganze Anlage ist renovierungsbedürftig. Es fiel der Verputz des Balkons herunter, direkt vor unseren Eingang. Preis-Leistung stimmen überhaupt nicht. Im August viel zu teuer. Außerdem ist ganz Baska im August zu überlaufen. Es gibt keinen Platz für ein Handtuch am Strand.

Bydleli jsme v apartmánu ve vilce a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Chyběl nám jen český tv program a vzhledem k ceně apartmánu i služba wifi zdarma.

Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Perfecte vakantieformule. Perfecte ligging en locatie. Prima service vanuit het hotel. Villa kon netter/properder zijn. Microgolf of oven zou handig zijn. Beperkt servies en bestek. Enkel airco op slaapkamer en niet in woonkamer/keuken. Ijskast was 1m² en stond op grond dus niet zo handig.

Nära till både hav och stor pool. Städning dagligen var bra. Skönt med luftkonditionering. Har barn som är 9 och 12 år som gillar att bada i pool, då är detta boende perfekt. Bra att kunna laga lite mat och frukost själv. Trevlig uteplats. Vansinnigt dyrt med solsängarna vid poolen. Borde ingå i priset för hotellets gäster. Saknade att inte kunna se havet men det var inget som hade utlovats heller. Dåligt att inte kunna få låna skrivare på hotellet för utskrift av flygbiljett.

Die Lage grundsätzlich in Bezug auf die Entfernung zum Strand und zu Restaurants war gut. Der Wellness- U. Hallenbadbereich des Hotels war bis auf die mangelhafte Funktion der Duschen gepflegt. Die ganze Hotelanlage wirkte bei unserer Ankunft am 13.5. wie eine Geisterstadt - ungepflegte Fassaden und Grünanlagen sowie die über 14 Tage hinweg mangelnde Versorgung mit heißem Wasser im Appartement, die auch trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht behoben werden konnte, enttäuschte uns im Vergleich zur letztjährig gebuchten Anlage in Porec sehr. Zudem kam bei den hellhörigen Appartements ein nächtlich mehrfach wiederkehrendes durchdringendes Piepsgeräusch von verschiedenen Seiten, dass uns mehrfach aus dem Schlaf riss ob es sich hierbei um Alarmanlagen von Häusern aus der Umgebung oder Brandmeldeanlagen handelte, haben wir nicht herausgefunden.

Ha valaki a nyüzsgésre vágyik, akkor jó, mert a centrumban van a ház. Közel van a part, minden elérhető gyalog. Az apartman a centrumban van, ami azt jelenti, hogy a nyugodt éjszakai pihenést felejtsék el. Az autó forgalom óriási, az út a ház mellett közvetlen megy el, a parkoló a ház előtt van, amit egész nap, és éjjel használnak. Hangos. A konyha nem felszerelt. Az ablakon a spaletták be vannak ragadva. Nyugodt családi pihenésre nem ajánlom.

Lå sentralt og i rolige omgivelser i Baska, gangavstand til strand og tilgang til basseng på hotellet. Standarden matcher overhodet ikke prisen !!! Leiligheten var sliten og dårlig vedlikeholdt, Måtte klage på renholdet av leiligheten ved ankomst. Skittent gulv og skittent kjøleskap. Skitne trekk på utemøblene. Stedet virket gammelt og generelt slitent. Dyrt i bassengområdet på hotellet ,Til tross for at vi var gjester, dyr mat og dyre solsenger. To renholdere, hyggelige damer, virket overarbeidet og hadde daglig ansvaret alene. Gjorde det beste de kunne ! Stedet frister ikke til gjentagelse , desverre !

the swimming pool, at the end of the day when most people are away if not it is too crowded , the area nearby the old town of Baska, the villa are well equiped but one bed is not a real bed so the mastress is not so confortable. I did not like the crowded beach nearby, and the surroundings of the hotel not very nice - the big hotel is too big, the tourists are too noisy and numerous, it is different than other tourist places.

Am besten hat uns die Lage der Villa gefallen, da sehr nah am Strand und doch nicht direkt an der Strandpromenade, deswegen sehr ruhig!!! Fehlender Wasserkoher in der Küche.
