située directement sur une jolie plage (gallets) Le prix fixé lors de la réservation n'a pas été respecté. Au lieu de payer en Euro les frais ont été chargés en Kunas avec des frais supplémentaire pour conversion de la monnaie même si on a payé avec une carte de crédit. |

sa situation en bordure de mer avec sa plage au pied de l'hotel, son orientation nord ouest donc pas trop chaude, la vue sur la baie depuis la chambre, sa proximité d'un bus pour aller dans Dubrovnik et sa proximité de quelques commerces, restaurants, le personnel de la réception parlant français ce qui est rare en Croatie... beaucoup de marches...snack du midi moyen |

Le personnel a vraiment été serviable et il était toujours prêt à nous aider à trouver notre chemin ou juste répondre a nos questions!!!!! Vraiment, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans votre belle petite hôtel! les déjeûners était de 8h à 10H AM et peut être qu'il aurait pu être disponible pendant plus longtemps pour les lèves tôt ou les lève tard! |

We had booked in for 6 nights but moved after 2 as the hotel was quite dated. Considering it is on the edge of a beautiful bay in a very pleasant resort, the beach was not attractive or well maintained and you had to pay extra to hire seats and umbrellas. |

Location was great, rooms were decent size and well kept (although not necessarily cleaned on a daily basis) Somewhat dismissive (and slow) front staff, quite poor food - breakfast was barely edible. |

Very convenient for local buses which are excellent.Reasonable choice of nearby restaurants and bars. Very dated and untidy surroundings on the beach side.eg terracing.Beach uncomfortable and small. |

Location was excellent with beautiful view and very handy and easy for buses into the city. Reception staff were helpful and spoke good English too. 8.30Am wake-up entry by cleaning staff on a Saturday was not really welcome! (Need a do not disturb sign that fits on door!). Booked double room but got Austrian twin. |

It was 'cheap and cheerful' and fine for just sleeping - the day was spent sightseeing. The bus stop was right outside the hotel, great for getting in and out of Dubrovnik old town. A pebble beach - most hotels didn't have a beach of any sort. My bathroom was in need of a refit, the breakfast was basic, a lot of stairs and no lifts. |

The facilities/price were of a standard resort hotel. Staff were friendly. The hotel was on the bus route into town. We stayed at the beginning of the tourist season so things were relaxed. As stated we stayed at the beginning of the tourist season, I don't think breakfast facilities (unless dramatically increased) would be appropriate for maximum room letting. As for an answer to the last section in Q3 I didn't read any guest reviews I booked the nearest hotel to the town available in the price bracket I had in mind. |
