la bellezza del luogo, la natura e la cortesia del personale Ad eccezione di un inconveniente all'arrivo relativo alla camera prenotata ma prontamente risolto dalla direzione, suggerisci di migliorare i collegamenti tra parcheggio ed hotel e tra i piani riscontrati poco funzionali |

Bellissima terrazza sul mare dove si consuma la colazione e spiaggia con accesso diretto dall'hotel molto carina. All'arrivo non risultava la mia prenotazione e solo al rientro ho potuto constatare che pochi giorni prima del mio arrivo mi avevano inviato una mail in cui mi dicevano che per motivi tecnici non meglio definiti ci avrebbero accolto in un altro hotel della loro catena poco distante. Non avendo letto la mail siamo andati al Vis dove, pur non risultando la prenotazione poi comunque ci hanno accolto. |

La posizione diretta sul mare,la vicinanza ad una zona di passggio pedonale,il bar/ristorante sulla spiaggia. Il problema del parcheggio dell'auto. |

We had booked in for 6 nights but moved after 2 as the hotel was quite dated. Considering it is on the edge of a beautiful bay in a very pleasant resort, the beach was not attractive or well maintained and you had to pay extra to hire seats and umbrellas. |

Location was great, rooms were decent size and well kept (although not necessarily cleaned on a daily basis) Somewhat dismissive (and slow) front staff, quite poor food - breakfast was barely edible. |

Very convenient for local buses which are excellent.Reasonable choice of nearby restaurants and bars. Very dated and untidy surroundings on the beach side.eg terracing.Beach uncomfortable and small. |

Location was excellent with beautiful view and very handy and easy for buses into the city. Reception staff were helpful and spoke good English too. 8.30Am wake-up entry by cleaning staff on a Saturday was not really welcome! (Need a do not disturb sign that fits on door!). Booked double room but got Austrian twin. |

It was 'cheap and cheerful' and fine for just sleeping - the day was spent sightseeing. The bus stop was right outside the hotel, great for getting in and out of Dubrovnik old town. A pebble beach - most hotels didn't have a beach of any sort. My bathroom was in need of a refit, the breakfast was basic, a lot of stairs and no lifts. |

The facilities/price were of a standard resort hotel. Staff were friendly. The hotel was on the bus route into town. We stayed at the beginning of the tourist season so things were relaxed. As stated we stayed at the beginning of the tourist season, I don't think breakfast facilities (unless dramatically increased) would be appropriate for maximum room letting. As for an answer to the last section in Q3 I didn't read any guest reviews I booked the nearest hotel to the town available in the price bracket I had in mind. |
