5Degré dehors. 12/14° pendant la nuit dans la chambre. Pas de chauffage. Pas d' eau chaude. (Pas de fuel dans la citerne: Pourquoi ?) Nous avon pris une chambre dans l'hotel en face (Milenij) pendant la nuit. Checking out Mozart le matin :nous avons ete facturé le plein prix comme si de rien n'etait. |

I did not get a room with a balcony, although it was included in the description of the room when I booked it. When I explained this to the receptionist, she said she would try to change my room for the one with the balcony, but this never happened. Also, there were no available staff to get something from my car that was parked in the hotel garage apart from the hotel and I was told to go get it myself. Mozart hotel clearly does not deserve the 5 stars rating. |

Very good location with good views out to sea. Relaxing atmosphere. Not really a 5 star hotel at all and very expensive for what it is. Breakfast quite poor with mostly empty buffet plates by 9.30 which staff seemed reluctant to re-fill (although breakfast goes on till 11am). Also had difficulty getting laundry done within 36 hours even though they claim to offer an express service. Also parking was expensive and was open parking in a side street and not very secure (although they apparently have a garage "for cabriolets". |

Superb facilities, design, and attentive owner and staff. Particularly good for musicians/pianists looking for a good instrument to practice during their stay in a beautiful setting. |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the service is pretty good. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly. |

Lange Frühstückszeit bis 11 Uhr!, Netter Wellnessbereich, hervorragende Massage; Flexibilität als es ein Problem mit dem Zimmer gab; Parkplatz in der Nähe; Zimmer sehr sauber und fein, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich Zimmer hattte Stromproblem, mußten daher übersiedeln;unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen bei Niederdruck; kein Bellboyservice |

Läget är bra. Centralt och nära till bad. Ett mindre hotel med charm.Lugn stillsam atmosfär. Min säng gick sönder...:) Tycker inte att det platsar som 5 stjärnigt vid en totalbedömning. |
