Sea sight

Sluggish service, outdated decoration, appalling breakfast buffet, dangerously hot water in bathroom, lack of hygiene (bathroom, restaurant, water of swimming pool), personnel not available, very noisy A/C, bathroom equipment needing refurbishing,... The place could be nice but is poorly managed and much too expensive for what you get and certainly not matching modern standards. Only one night spent there we try to forget as soon as we can.

The view is fantastic. The owner of the hotel (Antonio) is very nice.

Maybe its our bad luck. We were greeted by a manager (not the owner) who made me feel my arrival has ruined his holiday in the resort. The room was very small for the price. It hardly fit a opened suitcase. This hotel is the most expensive in our trip while offering the smallest room.

Located in a vineyard overlooking the sea it is relatively newly built to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and high spec bathroom. Friendly staff, a family business and well managed. The food was good and service excellent. The swimming pool was very nice and well managed. Lots of parking room.

The gps location was not precise as it directed us to Postup hamlet on the left going towards Orebic whereas the hotel is on the right side of the road about 6 km from Orebic. Be careful the exit and entry from road is on a bend with very restricted sightlines in both directions and a very steep incline to the hotel. Needs better signposting and advance warning of the hotel entrance. The air-conditioning was quite ineffective in the room we stayed in comparison to three other hotels we stayed in the midst of a period of high + 30s c temperatures don't know if other rooms are as effected by this, recommend you ask or specify this in advance of booking.

room cleanliness and service

What a great hotel. Excellent facilities - rooms, breakfast, pool, view, location and staff. Very clean and stunning location again - 10 minutes to orebic and then short ferry to Korcula. Could not have asked for more.

We had an extremley friendly welcome from Christian, who did his utmost to ensure that we were happy with everything.In fact there was a group of teenagers in the hotel for our first night and to ensure that we were not disturbed he changed our room!! The owner was very present and there at meal times to open the buffet which was excellent as was breakfast for our three days.We were very well advised about an excellent beach by the owner also....a big thankyou!!Fabulous swimming pool and views all around.Also the decoration nside the 'hotel' was amazing rather like being at home than a hotel very 'grandiose.'

The only small thing is the room decoration was rather basic at the side of the rest....no fridge and quite dark.However in no way did this takeaway from our enjoyement....we were sad to leave.

Absolutely amazing. I have traveled the world and for a location with an amazing vista and many amenities, this was a perfect paradise for a small price. The staff was extremely accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and free to roam including picking and eating the grapes while you go. Their own brand of wine is very good and the food was bountiful and very good. A wonderful gem in a beautiful part of the world!

Amplasamentul, desingul pensiunii, dotarile, personalul.

Se poate mai multa atentie la curatenia din camere.

Un paradis avec son ange (San Antonio) des repas succulents et divins

Mooie, grote kamer met opnieuw 2 ruimtes, ruime badkamer, grote terrassen en mooi zwembad, het avondeten was heel lekker, ietwat speciale gastheer die zorgt voor de nodige animatie, bevindt zich midden een wijngaard.

Ontbijten was heel moeilijk door de aanwezigheid van veel wespen. Het ontbijtbuffet zat er vol van;

Pas d'eau chaude dans les douches, les chambres sont à rafraîchir ,le breakfast est très moyen, un pot de confiture était moisi sur le dessus, nous avons évité les repas dans la pension. Nous sommes partis deux jours avant la fin de notre séjour. Cordialement. Thierry
