Staff very flexible, prompt and friendly. The gym was not available. That should have been stated clearly on the site. That was one of the main reasons why I picked that hotel. |

Location room, bathroom (terrible!), atmosphere, service, breakfast price. The hotel is hardly a 4-star one. In summary, we were very disappointed. |

Staff, location, room and food were excellent.Would readily stay there again. Pool and fitness room were closed for duration of stay although a voucher was provided with free taxi to another hotel pool and fitness room. |

The double shower heads were perfect. The amazing bed gave me the best nights sleep that I had had in quite a while The deciding factor for choicing the Westin was that your website advertised that your new pool area would be complete - it was not. I was very disappointed by this false advertising. upon leaving, whilst i understand that the lobby area was very busy, i felt as if i was being pushed out the door as quick as possible. My bill had been paid and it seemed that i was no longer completely welcome. |

Os requintes que um hotel de 5 estrelas pode proporcionar, designadamente o conforto do quarto. A questão de insonorização poderá ser melhorada, trata-se de um hotel de 5 estrelas e apesar de ter vidro duplo, o ruído dos automóveis ainda foi preceptivel, mais do que desejável, no 12 andar. |

Очень удобное расположение, на мой взгляд - до центра города всего 10 минут пешком, зато, специально для тех, кто путешествует на автомобиле - нормальная парковка, нет необходимости бросать свой автомобиль где-нибудь на узкой улочке, как в случае отелей в самом центре города. В целом, реальный 5-ти звёздочный отель! |

Ich übernachte seit 20 Jahren in diesem Hotel. Als Geschäftsreisender ist mir die zentrale Lage und die Stadtnähe wichtig. Auch bestehen sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Seit Jahren ist das Schwimmbad "out of order" |

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la chambre, la qualité des petits déjeuners. Sa situation centrale proche du centre ville est également un atout. Le fait que la piscine/spa était fermée pour cause de rénovation et surtout que cela n'a été annoncé qu'à l'arrivée à l'hotel. |

Le confort de la literie est excellent et l'hotel est silencieux Ils ne trouvaient pas notre reservation a l arrivee et ne se sont pas donné la peine de chercher trés longtemps.L'hotel est fumeur et c'est un enfer quand l'hotel est complet. Au restaurant, ils nous ont servi des plats qui ne correspondaient pas a la commande (presque imposaient) et aucun geste commercial n'a était effectué. |
