The Westin Zagreb    

Das beste war das Frühstück!!!!

Leider sehr viel,habe 2 Nächte gebucht mit Wellnespaket,jedoch wurde ich enorm enttäuscht bei der Ankunft,niemand wusste so richtig bescheid was dieses Paket enthält somit wurde durchgehend alles falsch gemacht.Mein angepriesener Obstkorb war ein Teller mit 3 FRüchten von denen leider schon 2 verschimmelt waren.Außerdem gab es kein Pay TV.Zu erwähnen ist noch das genau an meinem gebuchten Wochenende das Schwimmbecken nicht benutzbar war(super bei einem Wellnespaket.Mir wurde immer wieder zugesichert man kümmere sich um meine Anliegen jedoch ist bis zur Abreise nichts geschehen.

Gute Lage - mit der Straßenbahn sind es 3 Stationen bis zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr professioneller Services beim Ein- und Auschecken.

Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber. Es ist in meinem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt 3 mal passiert, das ein Hotelmitarbeiter sofort nach dem Anklopfen bei mir im Zimmer stand. Ohne auf meine Reaktion zu warten. Die Privatsphäre ist nicht gewährleistet.

Lage des Hotels, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer incl. Dusche/WC, ruhiges Zimmer, gute Betten(Matratze/Bettbezüge/Kissen. Negativ Sauna zu Klein, zuviel Besucher meist von Ausserhalb(keine Hotelgäste) Schwimmhalle OK (gross ,sauber und warm)

Küche sehr gut Sehr gutes Bett

Von der Doppeldusche ist eine heruntergefallen. 2 Duschen sind zu viel.

spa was nothing special, basics in room, and only wired internet in rooms, despite being 3 in a room everything was set up for 2 people so nothing additional ie no 3rd cup provided etc

The hotel was quiet although near a busy road, so obviously good sound insulation. There were two parties there and we were not disturbed. The rooms are very well equiped and comfortable, good showers always plenty of hot water. The restaurant was superb, the breakfast offered was excellant, the staff were very helpful and friendly and of course all spoke English. I need not have taken my laptop as there were facilities there free of charge to get online.The pool and sauna were clean and relatively quiet perhaps going when we did was the best time. All in all a wonderful experience and one that I hope to repeat.

not exactly what you would expect from a "5 star" hotel, visited better 4 star hotels. service was unfriendly, unhelpful, and did not make you feel welcome, food was ok but again not what you would expect walking into a 5 star hotel wasnt 'blown away' especially after paying for their excuctive suite. parking is also charged to the patron. the "express service button" on the internal phone , well! its not? the overall experince was very dissapointing to say the least... we will be returning to the Esplanade Regent by far the best 5 star in Zagreb!!

Location is good. Reception staff is knowledgeable and friendly. (I was nicely given an upgrade after being disappointed by my original room and the fact that no swimming pool was available.)

I chose the Westin for the pool. I arrived to discover that it was closed for cleaning. Unacceptable as this is the main attraction of this hotel. The rooms and cooling/heating system are a bit run-down. Breakfast is adequate but not 5-star and not worth the price. I think this might be a Westin chain issue - WiFi is NOT free in the rooms! This is ridiculous today and it should be resolved. In today's world, WiFi in a hotel SHOULD be included in the price as it's as important as hot water and a good bed!

air conditioning turned off, wifi does not work in the room, noisy as had to sleep with window open.

It was in the city center which what I hoped for. The rooms were really clean. It had a good tv. There was an internet connection at the room and the loby. The staff was helpful.

The airconditioner was not cooling at all. The shower head was not working properly. For a five star hotel it was a little outdated and the furniture was damaged. The pool was was not available which I did not get a discount.

Hotel could consider having lobby toalet for mothers with small babies

It was pretty awesome. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept. The breakfast was really good, with many choices, including caviar. All the staff was really helpful. It also has swimming pool and sauna. It's close to the town centre. And the late check-out on Sunday it's just perfect.

It doesn't have WiFi in the rooms.

The location was perfect (city center) if you're planning to see sight. The room was very nice, the bed was...indeed heavenly! The staff was ok, nice and helpful. The bar was very nice, relaxing. Good breakfast.

I was a bit disappointed by the Wellness & Spa - there is no Jacuzzi in Westin Zagreb even that the information at their website (and bookings) say there is and the Turkish Bath was out of order. I would also expect the pool & saunas to be open and available a bit longer - they close at 20.00 which is a bit early in my opinion. Also, I didn't like the food (except the breakfast that was very nice), but all the rest...it definitely wasn't the best meal I have had in a 5 star hotel. We were starving so we ordered a lot of food and I liked only the desert - chocolate cake. The rest wasn't really nice and Sushi was horrible!! If I return to Zagreb (yes, I will stay in The Westin for sure) but I will eat outside of the hotel!

Carpets are desperate for replacement, air conditioning was set to freezing in the lobby and restaurant

Various programs and features such as spg, heavenly bed, superfoods, and scent of white tea.

Everything about its restaurant starting with design and staff and ending with dry bread that was served to us. We ended up eating in Agava in downtown.
