Staff, location, room and food were excellent.Would readily stay there again. Pool and fitness room were closed for duration of stay although a voucher was provided with free taxi to another hotel pool and fitness room. |

The double shower heads were perfect. The amazing bed gave me the best nights sleep that I had had in quite a while The deciding factor for choicing the Westin was that your website advertised that your new pool area would be complete - it was not. I was very disappointed by this false advertising. upon leaving, whilst i understand that the lobby area was very busy, i felt as if i was being pushed out the door as quick as possible. My bill had been paid and it seemed that i was no longer completely welcome. |

The room is very comfortable. The position is great, near the opera house and Mimara, near the tram stop (the trams 12 and 17 in few minutes take you to the main square, Trg Jelacic). Breakfast too expensive. We did not have brakfast there, prefering two excellent bars near the hotel and the Opera House (one is named Hemingway and is very stylish). |
