高速道路を下りてからまっすぐの一本道で、しかも建物が大きかったので日没後の到着でしたがすぐにホテルを見つけることができました。旧市街まで徒歩10分強、トラムでも便利です。 |

部屋は清潔で広く、何も言うことはありません。アクセスに関しては、レンタカーを借りてプリトビッツェからザグレブのダウンタウンに入ったのですが、ホテルまでは高速を降りて殆ど一本道で、駐車場に入るのに一方通行が多くやや迷いましたが、基本的に問題ありません。ホテルに到着してからは、街中へのアクセスはホテルの近くにトラムの駅があり、とても便利です。 |

Staff very flexible, prompt and friendly. The gym was not available. That should have been stated clearly on the site. That was one of the main reasons why I picked that hotel. |

Staff, location, room and food were excellent.Would readily stay there again. Pool and fitness room were closed for duration of stay although a voucher was provided with free taxi to another hotel pool and fitness room. |

The double shower heads were perfect. The amazing bed gave me the best nights sleep that I had had in quite a while The deciding factor for choicing the Westin was that your website advertised that your new pool area would be complete - it was not. I was very disappointed by this false advertising. upon leaving, whilst i understand that the lobby area was very busy, i felt as if i was being pushed out the door as quick as possible. My bill had been paid and it seemed that i was no longer completely welcome. |
