This is a hotel for those who are not spoiled and for those who make every trip a new adventure. For those who are not afraid to discover new places and meet new people. For those little bit masochists but open mind and cheerful nature. A little crazy and stubborn television

Friendly stuff, nice breakfast, good location of the hotel, near the center of the city. A big green park just on the opposite side of the street, big parking. The building is very old and looks unfriendly. WiFi not included in the price of the room.

Free parking, well reachable by car. Computer at lobby with free internet, wi-fi is charged. terrible breakfast, everything was cold, even scrambled eggs, juice was just yellow water. Room stank of cigarette smoke. good only for a sleep-over, not holidays. The whole building is really out of date.

pleasant staff, the location in the city, free parking and very good breakfast slightly shabby appearance, weird toilet paper that must be drawn two meters, and roll a few times to perform its function, a television that plays during extinction strange noises and strange flashing

Stayed for one night for transit in the Zagreb airport. Convenient access to transportation from the airport by bus. Near shopping center. Ideal choice for 2-3 nights. Friendly staff, great hotel for the money. In November 2012 - this is the cheapest hotel in Zagreb.

The Bundek park is close and nice to walk around Too far from the city center, 45min by foot min, not suitable for a short city trip.

Hotel Zagreb was in a nice location. The park was great and there was a mall. It was disgusting. I will never stay there again. There was dirt encrusted on the windows, the bathroom was filthy, the sheets were gross. The internet, which is not free, finally went out our last day. The hotel staff was unwilling to help. They said it was our problem. We left.

Courteous personnel. This hotel looks very neglected. From the ripped lobby furniture to the old carpet everywhere My room was 6 square meters with a double bed squeezed in with barely space to walk. Dirty Courtains and single glass windows. Loud music came from a neighbor night club until 2:00 am.

If you want luxury and beautifully decorated rooms, private chef and butler, swimming pool with heated water, massage and wireless internet then this is not the hotel for you.If you want normal price for a bed, nice and quiet neighborhood, and a modest but satisfying breakfast we recommend this hotel. Everything is close, yet far enough from the city center. You can go there by foot (half hour walk) or take buses (220 or 219) or trams (6 or 14). no AC.

1The room was clean, good value for money and staff were friendly. To be honest after 5 nights of camping in a very small tent, It was a luxury to have an en-suite and a double bed! (Though in reality this is a cheap-reasonable hotel and it is nothing amazing) It was difficult to communicate with the receptionist staff due to their limited English about the area/transport. However, they're not tour guides so I cannot hold that against them. Be warned that the hotel is out of the city centre and a tram ride of approx 20minutes is needed to get you to the centre, However, the trams are cheap and frequent and the stop is a 5/7 minute walk from the hotel so this was not a problem. Outside appearance of the hotel is not great - for example some graffiti and a construction site across from it but there was no associated noise that bothered us during our night here.
