Good access to the beach/sea side.

Lack of air conditioning in 35c.

The pool for both the adult and kids. The staff were friendly and they had programs for the children such as dancing and sports. Great place.

It is ideal for families with children. The sea is great just like the facilities.

Apartments were not so clean. The flats are too close and noise.

The room and the bathroom was not clean!! No ventilation in apartments. For a space for families is very noisy

Easy access to beach and restaurants/bars. Hair dresser and such services in easy access. Rooms nice and cool under trees.

Noisy at all times. Checking out procedure Ok but many things already missing from our room. Need more hair dressers on call - they were only there from 2.00 - 21.00 and August is a busy month so expected an all day service same as with the beauty treatments - not well staffed.The restaurants all tended to serve similar foods - a more internaitonal choice such as asian and indian food would have been helpful and more smaller snack ideas.

Good location, nice nature. Very good for staying with little children, lots of children facilities.

Good on site facilities

The staff advised us that transport links to Petrcane (only 4km journey) where the festival we were attending was based were good and cheap. We emailed them when choosing our accomodation before we booked. We found the opposite. There were very rarely taxi's on the resort. If there were taxi's onsite they charged 70 kunas (£8) for a 4km journey! Which I found shocking. If there weren't any onsite then the Zaton holiday resort would call for one but it would come from Zadar and they charge you for the zadar to zaton trip on top of the normal zaton to petrcane trip which ended up costing over 100 kunas (£12+). There are buses that go from Zaton to Petrcane and Zadar but they go from Zaton town centre which is about 15-20 minutes walk from the holiday resort in the blazing sun. buses go every hour or two and are a lot cheaper although we found that there was never a bus running when we needed one.

the place is big and look nice, but most of the activities are charged

most of the activities cost money, includin the tennis. As much as I remember, at the description it was written that tennis will be free. Also there were no animation for teenagers on Saterday morning. The boys were upset and asked to leave as soon as possible there was no air condition at the apartment. there was no free first aid

The flowers, and the forest and the sea

Good value, Nice cheap bed by the seaside, entertainment for all ages, nice range of shops and facilites (be aware most things cost extra, beach loungers etc) Clean room and surroundings and pleasant and safe environment. Great place for families on a budget.

Slighty hard to find with poor signs, poor bedding, blanket and very small sheet which didn't tuck in and fully cover the double bed. Swimming pool closed at 18.00 so we didnt get to have more than a quick dip. Would still visit again for a budget visit to the croatian coast.
