The hotel is like a modern luxury oasis in the middle of old town Split. Antonia and her niece are gracious and thoughtful hosts, you really feel like a guest in their upscale home! Amazing attention to detail and personal service, we didn't want to leave! Would not recommend bringing a car - the hotel is on a narrow old street and parking is difficult (thank heavens - literally - the nuns across the street let us turn around in their driveway!), and there's really no need as it's very close to everything you would want to do in Split. |

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It really made us feel quite at home. Also the room was very well appointed, comfortingly decorated, well sound-proofed to enable quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It was just very dark when entering at night and climbing our way up the steps from the courtyard at night. If possible to install some motion lights outside in front and/or in the courtyard, it might make guests feel more welcomed and secure at night. |

The ambience was very pleasant. It was away from the palace but close enough to easily be accessible. It was a stones throw from the action. We had to pay to rent beach towels for one day. We also had to pay for internet access. Parking was a big problem. |

We liked everything. Wonderful staff. Fantastic position, close to everything. Hard to find. The staff had to come and rescue us. It is easy to get lost in Split. |

We had two bedrooms, living room/kitchen and terrace. The appartment was very beautiful and clean and handy. The place was near the old town and on the way back "home" there was a nice little pub where you could get a beer or two when going back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were absolutely nothing to complain. We could gladly stay in this place again. |

The staff is very friendly. But I'm sorry, I wouldn't choose it again. Very expensive, very difficult to find, parking far away, no breakfast available. |

The room was decorated so nicely, the beds were very comfortable, the location was great, and Antonia was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way and purchased a favorite food for us. |

Lovely room.Clean & tastefully furnished.Handy for town ,although much more than the two minutes they claim from centre --particularly for the uphill walk back. Sadly the much praised hosts Brett & Lisa have gone.So have the reported lovely breakfasts served on the terrace. However the new manageress Antonia couldn`t have been more helpful. Breafkast (or rather lack of it).Its do-it-yourself from the room fridge. We even had to go into town to buy our own bread and fresh milk for breakfast. |

Quality of the apartment accomodation was excellent. The staff were all very helpfull and supportive with all requests for assistance / advice / information quickly attended to. We cold not fault the apartments themselves but the location within the old part of town was on a narrow, steep & cobbled street and could prove difficult for people with walking disabilities. Fine for us though. |

It is a in a quiet area but near the main area. People were very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that we were enjoying our visit to Split. |

Its a new hotel and the decor is tastefully done. Location is convenient and easily assesible to the old town. There is practically no service once we are checked in. The coffee is of poor choice, only powdered nescafe on offer. Breakfast is a joke, only yoghurt and muesli. For that price it is not worth another visit !!! |

This establishment is totally top notch. Brett and Lisa are incredible hosts and could not have been more gracious. The location is perfect for sightseeing, just steps from the center of the old town. I would not stay anywhere else. Quiet, comfortable, spacious! |

This proved to be a very friendly place to stay and nothing was too much trouble! Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated especially as the first restaurant we tried (Konoba Matejuska) gave us such an excellent gluten-free meal we ate there again on the second night. We would certainly recommend Zephyrus and stay there again. Very good value for money and very convenient location. |

The "Hotel"is really a B&B and a wonderful one at that. Cathrine and Murray Cook have a great place. Service is superb and personal. Rooms are very well done. Breakfast can be served in your room and is very well prepared. They go out of their way to make your visit to Split memorable . Overall, a great place to stay The hotel is a bit hard to find. However we missed a confirming email in which the hotel sends directions. Not enough reviews at this point. Too new. Would absolutely recommend as a place to stay in Split |
