The apartment was spacious, clean and the location was so central, which meant we could walk to many of the attractions Zagreb has to offer. There is a friendly convenience store nearby. The blackboard in the apartment was very informative with its suggestions for good restaurants and nearby attractions.

It was an amazing apartment. We arrived early A.M. By rail and Iva helped us by getting us into a closer apartment than we had originally as soon as we arrived. It was a totally amazing place. Nothing for the dislike box

Can't fault this place, great apartment and great customer service. There was only one thing, and it's our own fault as it's in the T&Cs, but we didn't notice it at the time...so thought we'd mention to stop others doing the same thing...Zig Zag charge locally in euro or kruna... Although they take your card details when booking, they cannot take card payments when you arrive... So make sure you are carrying enough cash or you'll be heading straight to the cash machine!

The apartment is large and the staff provide us a lot of tourist information. Location is good and easily access to different museum. Close to the street and you may hear the sound of the tram in the early morning.

As it was my birthday I wanted to stay in the Centre of Zagreb and that was a perfect apartment very relaxing all the nightclubs around you and I just wanted to buy the place..I fell in love with it and its sooo big lots of space..lovely kitchen as I love cooking..thanks Booking..thanks ZigZag Nothing

The apartment is extraordinary spacious and stylish with a perfect lay-out if you travel with family or friends. All necessary facilities are provided, and one feels immediately at home. There is a supermarket in front of the building, which is very convenient for breakfast. Thank you!
