The location, the friendly staff and the comfort. The appartment has a very bad isolation. We could hear the neighbours talking, people working 2 blocks further and even people talking in the street. |

Loved the location, size of the apartment, the kitchen had all the necessities, clean, more modern than others we looked at, good value. Was unable to get the internet to work. Most of the staff spoke only Hungarian. Between my boyfriend and I, we can manage six languages but were unable to communicate well with front desk staff. |

The location of the apartment was perfect. It was very comfortable and in a safe location. The staff was very helpful. It was near all amenities. There were some minor issues such as not having instructions for the washing machine; there were very few hangers in the apartment; the towels were really terrible. These were admittedly not big problems but kept it from being perfect. |

Staff was disorganized. We arrived and the security person in the building did not speak any english and needed to call the staff to arrive. There was no sauna/facilities as advertised and we had booked for 4 people and there was only towels and bedding for two with much hassle and negotiating to get more bedding, even though we had paid for it. We left the next day and booked at a much better spot! |

Spacious and good located: the apartment was in the city centre in a walking distance from the opera and other attractions. We were 3 guests and we only had 3 soiled towels for an entire week; the electrical equipments were not working properly (e.g., neither de coffee machine or the dish washing machine correctly functioned); the sink was clogged. Overall, we can say the apartment is nice unless you intend to use its facilities! |

Big and nice apartment We arrived late in the evening and was met by the guard at the entrance to the building. He was anything but friendly and helpful. He refused to speak anything other than Hungarian (which is a hard language if you don't know it), and when we finally got the key I had to mime and ask where the room was,and was just lazily pointed towards the elevator. The bed in the apartment was also extremely squeaky. |

The apartments are great value for the facilities offered. Additionally the location is ideal. The advertised air conditioning wasn't in either of the bedrooms. |

The staff were extremely accommodating. The apartment was clean as exactly as described with everything we needed. The balcony is really a bonus as it is a nice place to sit out with a glass of wine at night. The showers had good strong pressure and the bathrooms were huge. The whole apartment was very roomy. We are going back to stay again in two weeks that's how much we liked it! |

comfortable room with air condition, reasonable distance to metro not exactly same as the description mentioned in website, as it stated there is 2 bathrooms in the apartment, but actually it only seperate the bath tub and toliet to 2 rooms. |

Fantastic location, very helpful staff and the place was absolutely spotless. Unbelievably good value. Would highly recommend staying here, we had an excellent holiday. Our flight was delayed so I was a bit panicked as we turned up at 11pm but the transfer was still waiting for us and the security guard showed us up to the flats. We could have done with more towels but in fairness we didn't ask if that would be possible. |

In the city, close to shopping, sightseeing m.m. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, two bathrooms and toilets. Hotel staff arranged transfer from/to the airport - very appreciated! Not so clean. Only four chairs for six persons. |

It's proximity to all the major sightseeing areas and it was very comfortable and clean The only thing was the shower would not work properlythere seemed to be a piece broken off itso we had to use bath instead which was not as quick was going to report but decided it would not be fixed on time |

Very good service and warm hospitality. Good price and stay was overall enjoyable. Very central to Budapest sightseeing and transport facility and shopping. Cleaner towels and napkins and more kitchen roll would be good- but on request they did change it for us. Nothing to complaint |

It was exactly what was described on the website and it was exactly what we were looking for, very central and at a reasonable price. People in office and in reception were very nice and extremely helpful. Flat was really warm! The fact we were not told in advance that there was a no-noice policy in the apartment and buidling we were staying, and yet we were woken up every day with building work every day at 7.30 am because someone was refurbishing a flat in the inner courtyard (lots of echo, making it really loud and impossible to stay in bed). You should also explain to your guests how to get in the building. |

Excellent location within easy walking distance of everything. Good sized apartment with everything that was needed. Didn't have the dvd and when enquired was told it would be 20 euros. One did appear later but there were no batteries in remote. Dishwasher needed to be jammed shut with furniture to keep door closed but I could have washed up by hand! |

The apartment was a lot bigger than i expected and terrific value for money. The apartments are ideally located with a 5/10 min to the Danube and about a 15/20 min walk to city park. Also there is a supermarket around the corner which is handy. |

smart and well decorated.location no remote for the tv,even after i pointed this out.could have done with a radio or hi-fi system.lack of certain items i.e cleaning materials,kichenware etc.it would have been nice to have salt & sugar in the appartment. |
