Service was excellent, the location was near to city center, the transport from/to the airport was a free facility which was extremely convenient.all of them were very friently. Highly recommented. το προσωπικό μιλάει και ελληνικά.

Something weird on the first night... It was around 9 pm and as it was late I didn't feel like going too far looking for a restaurant. When I asked the guys on the reception if the restaurant was open, two of them started laughing and the other one started walking, moving the hands and yelling something in hungarian. So as long as you don't ask for a late meal it's a good hotel!

I honestly recommend the Actor Hotel. Room was nice and extensive. Localization is good (close the city center subway station). The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel, brand new facilities and equipment, nice and friendly and very heplful staff in the reception, Giannis the Greek was a great guy, room was comfort, clean with nice furniture and bathroom accessories, breakfast was at top level also, overall a great choice espesially considering the money.

Only negative I found was the lack of a charger near the bed for the mobile so you dont have to leave it on the desk.

The Actor hotel in Budapest, located a 10 minutes of the metro station Klinikad (line M3), is a modernized hotel with the needed facilities. The room is comfortable and large. The breadfast is correct, with a variety of food. I would like to stress the kindness and willing to help/inform of the receptionist.

The price is not include park and city tax.

This hotel have a inportant thing ,if you book them more of tree night you will get the transport to go the hotel and come back to the airport free.The situation of the hotel is more or less 40 minuts walking to the center ,but there is a underground station 10 minuts to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and the room is big.We only sleept in the hotel.

We had a problem with the roof in the bathroom,fall water ,no more, but enof to make a problem in the ground and lost the light in the bathroom.The worst thing is that the hotel wasn t repair the problem in 1 week.

As a single mom traveling with a young child, some certain time we would need the assistance from the place where we stay. This hotel must be the ever first one that I strongly would recommend to any family with children. They provided us an excellent stroller due to the reason that ours is broken during the journey. Having the room service is great, it's easier when u r alone with child. Breakfast/dinner r both good, although there r some arguments(below) for the value of money itself but after been traveling to so many places, the quality of food is really good standard(especially the Fresh fruits and nice fresh breads). Airport shuttle service is just fantastic, it made our journey so easy. The room is huge and clean. Indeed it's a bit traditional look, but I care more on the quality(cleanness and status) . Above all, the hotel locates in a local area, not in a Tourist area, but I consider it as a nice thing, it gave u chance to observe a bit the "real life" there and the Metro is just nearby, I don't think 15 mins walk is that far.

Clean, good service, good location, nice rooms (2 linked superior rooms (2 adults, 4 children) with pricavy doors for a good price), good location.

Staff was very helpful and we got advises for many things. Hotel arranged transport from airport late time in evening and it was very good, without extra pay. They tranported us also back to airport. Hotel sent our postcards, because it was difficult buy stamps and find postoffice. Breakfast was sufficient and to children find also something to eat (example cacao-kornflakes). Room was clean and air-conditioning was good because of very warm weather. Near the hotel, about 500-600 m was metro and tram. Trip to them wasn´t long, also children feel to walk good.

The hotel was clean and fresh with good a/c...great for a couple that are not used to hot climates:)
