Service and support by the staff was exceptional. Restaurant; Food was average - could be slightly better. The serving staff however were very good again. |

Excellent location close to airport, clean well appointed rooms, free airport transfer and good restaurant. Rooms on offer only seemed to be twins not doubles and WiFi / Free internet access did not extend to rooms. Restaurant / bar prices seemed high for Hungary (double what I paid in country). |

Proximity to the Budapest airport. Very good shuttle bus service. Good internet service at reasonable price. Good breakfast menu even for early starters. Dinner and lunch menu in the restaurant could have a little more variety. |

I enjoyed my stay there. It's quiet, clean and the crew helped in all belongs I had. The bathroom fan's noise was a bit annoying, it should be possible turning it low or off during the night. Anyway it was very comfortable there. |

Is is very conveniently right next to the airport and there is a free airport shuttle. There is an excellent little gym downstairs. We came back after a one night stay a week ago because of the gym and the location for a one night stay upon return this week. There is no CNN channel on the TV for me, and no cartoon channel not even animal planet for the children. |

The hotel lobbey area was bright and the staff at receprion and bar were friendly too The hot breakfast was cold and the staff took a long time to refill coffee and hot water on the buffet table |

The hotel design, which was modern yet aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant was open 24hrs, and attached was an airport car-park with shuttle service. The cranberries at breakfast were delicious! Also, dogs are welcome, which is a refreshing change... We will be staying there again. |

The hotel is very convenient to the airport, so for a late arrival and an ownward journey the next morning was ideal. Being able to get a great meal at 0100 hours was a surprise. |

Close to the airport. New building. Clean Although i asked for airport transfer they did not send one. I learnt that they just forgot. However they give me back the money I spend for a private shuttle. Next day they provided me with airport shuttle without any problem |

The shuttle van works basically on request. Breakfast is served from 4:00 o'clock and there is coffee available at other times. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms. |

Quiet location excellent connection to the Airport by shuttle every 15 mins. Rooms comfortable and restaurant excellent breakfast available all through the nigh. Great. |

Very conviniently close to the airport, one of the few hotels that provides free shuttle service! Hotel is new, very clean rooms, nice restaurant with good food selection which is open 24 hours!!. Everything you need for a 1-2 nights stay, especially if you have to be close to the airport. I had to catch a morning flight an this was a perfect choise. While shuttle is available to the airport, there is no other public transportation to the Budapesht downtown close by. When I asked how to get to the downtown, I was offered only a taxi - about 25-30 euro one way. The staff is not trained to offer or suggest other cheaper options. While the room rates are affordable this may be a serious barrier for "budget" vacationeers wich limits a customer base. |

The staff members were outstanding--so helpful and friendly. They made many things effortless. Unfortunately, we were in Room 323 which shares a door with the adjoining room. It is not nearly sufficiently soundproofed. We were awoken at 3:00 in the moring and kept awake for two hours while the three guests next door prepared to check out. We could hear every word they said and knew everything they were doing--even going to the bathroom. The thin cushion in front of the shared door serves virtually no purpose and it is highly inadequate. This nearly ruined our stay because we could not sleep. And we presume that those in that room could hear our every word and comment--sort of an invasion of privacy. |
