Convinient and close to airport. Shuttle service is a problem. One needs to call them upon landing despite the fact that the arrival details were sent to them ahead of time. |

The hotel is very handy for a late arrival flight - 24 hour restaurant and the hotel's free shuttle bus collects you from the terminal. Although not inconvenient for us, as we were leaving early next day for a boat to Vienna, this is an airport hotel and is at least half an hour by taxi from the city centre. It is very convenient for the airport. |

Location, close to airport, excelent shuttle service to airport, excelent location for car rental return at evening stay at night in hotel and depart with a early flyght. The hotel need more light at the corridors, was hard to find the room number on door because of darkness. |

Nice new hotel, only 2 km from the airport. The room was comfortable, and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. I had to take the morning 5:30 shuttle to the airport, and was pleasantly surprised, that the full breakfast was already served. Also, the van service to the airport is included in the price. I recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Budapest. |

cleanliness and quietness; comfortable beds Very difficult to find the hotel - needs clear directions not just a link to google maps. Although advertised as having WiFi throughout the hotel, it didn't work in one of our rooms and was very slow in the other one. |

The proximity to the airport is good. Breakfast is included in the price. It is a pity that you have to call the shuttle service first and then wait for it. Previously you could just take the regular airport taxi, with a much shorter wait. I also did not like it that the wellness area is always locked when I want to use it. |

The hotel building is newly constructed and all the facilities are quite comfortable. Also transportation service to terminal building of airport is available and it is convenient to stay there for the passengers who should leave from airport in the early morning. But I do not know what is the best way to reach to the hotel from downtown. |

Staff were very helpful. There is a free transfer to the airport. We were able to order a meal at a very reasonable cost at 1 am! |

Breakfast buffet is very good. Staff was helpful. Location was important because we needed accomodation clost to airport but room rate through online booking was key. Plan to stay again within the next 6 months Attempted to book directly with hotel initially and website was very difficult to work with so I booked through booking.com. |
