Pulito, silenzioso, camere spaziose e arredamento curato, ottima colazione, staff professionale, wellness centre molto apprezzato dopo una giornata di lavoro. Inoltre il trasferimento puntuale, rapido e gratuito per l'aeroporto e il WiFi gratuito e veloce, importanti per chi lavora. Perfetto per la clientela business, lo vedo poco adatto ai turisti che vogliono visitare Budapest. |

Alla reception il personale era molto gentile, cosa che non si può dire del personale al ristorante.Positiva l'apertura del ristorante 24 ore al giorno. Colazione molto ben fornita, ma per persone sanissime.Non c'era nulla per persone allergiche al latte (con Latte di Soia) e al lievito (con Pane non lievitato (tipo, Pane Azimo). |

La cortesia alla reception e in generale, in particolare quella della sig.ra bionda che ho trovato alla mattina la quale pur essendo molto presto si è interessata se volevo pure fare la colazione .L'ho trovata molto cortese. Non ce sono o sono di piccola importanza. La porta della stanza che per chiudersi va sbattuta forte (che può disturbare i vicini di stanza) oppure il condizionamento che non riuscivo a regolare . |

Nonostante sia un Hotel con interno a terrazzi, in camera non si percepisce alcun disturbo. Connessione Internet, assolutamente necessaria per chi fa il mio lavoro. Camerieri di sala poco attenti a quanto manca sui tavoli (cena) |

Ho apprezzato la tariffa, la posizione, la possibilità di avere a disposizione il servizio navetta, di avere anche un buon ristorante all'interno dell'albergo e di poter fare colazione anche molto presto al mattino (verso le 04.30) |

la pulizia, l'eleganza e l'eccezzionale prezzo ottenuto per il soggiorno, in rapporto alla lussuosità di un hotel a 4 stelle "è superiore", nonche il servizio gratuito ma importantissimo (siamo arrivati a mezzanotte) di bus navetta dall'aeroporto all'hotel e viceversa. |

Close to the airport. New building. Clean Although i asked for airport transfer they did not send one. I learnt that they just forgot. However they give me back the money I spend for a private shuttle. Next day they provided me with airport shuttle without any problem |

The shuttle van works basically on request. Breakfast is served from 4:00 o'clock and there is coffee available at other times. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms. |

Quiet location excellent connection to the Airport by shuttle every 15 mins. Rooms comfortable and restaurant excellent breakfast available all through the nigh. Great. |

Very conviniently close to the airport, one of the few hotels that provides free shuttle service! Hotel is new, very clean rooms, nice restaurant with good food selection which is open 24 hours!!. Everything you need for a 1-2 nights stay, especially if you have to be close to the airport. I had to catch a morning flight an this was a perfect choise. While shuttle is available to the airport, there is no other public transportation to the Budapesht downtown close by. When I asked how to get to the downtown, I was offered only a taxi - about 25-30 euro one way. The staff is not trained to offer or suggest other cheaper options. While the room rates are affordable this may be a serious barrier for "budget" vacationeers wich limits a customer base. |

The staff members were outstanding--so helpful and friendly. They made many things effortless. Unfortunately, we were in Room 323 which shares a door with the adjoining room. It is not nearly sufficiently soundproofed. We were awoken at 3:00 in the moring and kept awake for two hours while the three guests next door prepared to check out. We could hear every word they said and knew everything they were doing--even going to the bathroom. The thin cushion in front of the shared door serves virtually no purpose and it is highly inadequate. This nearly ruined our stay because we could not sleep. And we presume that those in that room could hear our every word and comment--sort of an invasion of privacy. |

Clean modern hotel conveniently located for both terminals. Free shuttle service was very efficient. Comfortable spaceous room with controllable air conditioning. 24/7 Restaurant has good selection of international and Hungarian dishes at very reasonable prices. Free wifi in reception area with strong signal and good seating/working areas with some power outlets. |
