Me ha gustado todo, su situación pues està muy cerca de la Opera, el desayuno me pareció muy bueno y variado, el trato del personal fue correcto. |

Muy buena localización, cerca de los lugares de más interés, buena comunicación con el resto de la ciudad, fácil acceso al mismo, servicios y lugares de interés muy accesibles. Le sobra una estrella o dos, y eso se nota en los detalles (no reponían el gel, buffet algo corto, aunque para mi fue más que suficiente), a pesar de esto es un hotel muy confortable, con acceso cómodo al mismo y resto de la ciudad, y buen precio, por lo que repetiría en el mismo sitio y además lo recomendaría. |

Bien situado, aunque la calle en particular es poco atractiva. A pocos minutos andando de Deak Ter o de la Opera. Habitaciones amplias y personal correcto, aunque no habla español. La información en Internet es engañosa. Pese a notarse alguna mejora reciente (mobiliario o baños), en general el edificio resulta obsoleto. El desayuno tipo bufet es muy limitado en su oferta y variedad. La caja fuerte debería estar anclada a algun sitio. El cambio de toallas o la reposición de productos de baño se hacían de rogar. Se echa en falta bancos para las maletas. |

Está ubicado en una calle estrecha y solitaria y está rodeado de solares y casas deshabitadas. La habitación y las zonas comunes son impropias de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Vimos más de una docena de hoteles de igual categoría en las cercanías con unas instalaciones infinitamente mejores. |

It was a very convenient location The room we booked into was very small with an uncomfortable bed with poor quality bedding. We asked to be moved to another room on the second and third night of our stay, this room was much better with better bedding and more space. The original room and breakfast was not of a standard you would expect in a four star hotel. |

really central location, great breakfast buffet. Close to the opera house and 2 blocks from the subway. The room was spacious, clean and with conditionned air Light smell in the bathroom and pretty old while clean towels. |

Breakfast was OK. Cleanliness of towels, absence of shampoo and soap for second day, the cleaning of the room not on each day. I think this hotel can not be classified as 4* hotel. |

The room was clean and nice. You feel comfortable in this hotel. Always hot water for shower. The breakfast, included in the booking (for free), was awesome and very good. Just to think about the breakfast when you wake up the morning make you very happy. The staff are very helpful and always smiling. The only negative point was that the sauna did not work at all. |

the location of the hotel was great, very central, close to train station, shops and an easy walk to the centre and the danube. very tidy and compact and the breakfast was great. It was really easy to book, we got in the night before we arrived and a great price!. there were not many hotel and room facilities, the sauna is not ready, no computer,restaurant, only 2 english tv channels and there are no areas to relax in when you return from your sightseeing so you are confined to your room which is a shame. |
