Very affordabel for the amenities. My room was spacious and soptless. Helpful staff; helped arange the Budapest Card purchase, helpful with directions, and arranged an early morning taxi to the airport. The location is superb. One blodk form the easy subway ride to the downton area. And best of all, the neighborhood is quiet, pleasand to walk in, within and an easy walk to the park and museums, and near many embassies.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, walkable to Hero's Square and Vaci Utca. The entrance is on a side street off Andrassy and very secure. If you are staying on the weekend, you can park on the street and avoid the 16Euro parking garage fee. The room came with a balcony facing Andrassy, which was nice. If you can, book the room with breakfast included. For 17Euro, the breakfast is not good at all. There are plenty of cafes (and a Starbucks) within walking distance.

I was delighted with my choice, enhanced by the complimentary upgrade to a luxury room. However, I checked out a standard room and other than being a little smaller, that too was excellent. I will definately stay there again and may I say booking with you is a pleasure, so efficient. The Mamaison really was a home from home. I liked everything<

The location for us was perfect, not far from Heroes Square and in a quite area of Andrassy Ut amongst alot of Embassy Buildings, it also benefits from a nice outside bar and seating terrace which me missed during a previous stay. The hotel is great for public transfer or if you prefer a walk it is a nice walk (about half hour) do the bustling areas of Vaci Utca and the Danube. All the staff in this hotel cannot do enough to help you providing any travel advice and recommendations of places to eat. The restaurant has great reputation and unfortunately we ran out of time (in 5 nights) to try their taster menu, so we plan to go back and try it then. Being British we missed tea/coffee facilities in the room but there are cafes around the corner that you can purchase or of course the hotel (which would be pricier). We had breakfast their one morning and at 17 Euros it is quite expensive, but the choice is amazing and to be honest you would not need to eat again until the evening, so worth every penny. Only downside for us was the lack of in room tea / coffee facilities, but I would definitely stay here on each visit to Budapest.

Very good value for money hotel at the end of Andrassy street near hero's square. If the breakfast it not included in the room price, skip the breakfast. The choice provided for the 17 EUR stands in no relation to what you can get elsewhere in town.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the standard room was large, tastefully designed and comfortable. The location of the hotel was brilliant- close to many landmarks. The cost of an aditional breakfast is extortionate.

Professional reception at front office especially the lady trainee. Helpful in providing tourist info and recommandation. Speak English. Nice welcome message on tv screen. Minutes away from U-bahn station. Near Hero square. Easy to locate the hotel Breakfast is expensive although we did not try out. No cold air from air conditioner even we switch to maximum. Awake middle of the night due to heat...

Great location, reasonable prices Overpriced parking, staff could be nicer (altough they still were above the hungarian average..), some rooms are really large and nice, some in the same category are much smaller.

Perfect location, very close to the metro station from which you can reach the central vaci utca, excellent staff, big room, perfect service. We counted on a special offer and got a bargain quotation, plus we received a free upgrade to deluxe room: can't ask for more The only bad thing was the toilet basin: the water stucked there, without flowing regularly. We didnt advise the staff anyway
