Friendly English speaking staff. Ratio of staff to guests was small so service good. Asked us for and made us our own choice of breakfast on day of leaving. |

It is a very quiet, cosy and clean hotel. Since it is a small hotel, there is only a very small lobby. The prices of the New Years dinner were very expensive (and we were surprised since we did not ask them in advance=our own fault of course). |

The warm welcome and the high standard of the rooms. The quiet location, although still reasonably near the city centre. Good metro connections. |

The location of the hotel is wonderful with tram and bus stops very close by. The hotel itself was clean with very nice sized rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, but the selection looked excellent. |

Es un hotel pequeño y está en una zona muy tranquila con el metro al lado y a unos 20 minutos andando del río. Está muy nuevo aunque comparado con loes hoteles españoles es más bien un 4 estrellas. |

Le très grand calme (aucun bruit) Le choix des couleurs de toute la décoration "désign" : noir, gris, argent, bordeaux, marron foncé. Toutes ces couleurs contribuent à donner un aspect sombre et triste dans beaucoup d'endroit. La salle du petit déjeuner est toute noire, avec rideaux gris et en plus sombre.. Ce n'est pas très gai. |

部屋は清潔で広く，ベッドも大きくて快適です．バスルームがおしゃれで，バスタブは身長以上の長さで，素敵でした．フロントの人が，こちらの持ち時間に合わせた観光スポットを丁寧に解説してくれました．地下鉄のチケットもそこで売っていて，便利でした． |

Su decoración. Por fuera da una impresión equivocada. Por dentro es un hotel completamente renovado. Los servicios que ofrece no se corresponden con el precio. El personal no es especialmente amable. Hay hoteles de la misma categoría con mejor ubicación. |
