die Lage, der große vorgelagerte Platz/Park, der Frühstücksraum, die nahe Umgebung

die Sauberkeit-die Zimmer sind geradezu schmutzig-die Betten sind nicht ordentlich gemacht usw., der halbfertige Wellnesbereich-ohne Service wie Handtücher, Badeschuhe, oder Massagen-Solarium, Kosmetik...Es gibt auch kein Wine&Vital-Angebot.. ich dachte am abend hier ungarischen wein zu bekommen-leider nein.

The staff on the swimming pool and leisure facilities.

The restaurant is a joke!!! They charged us about 6.000 Forints per person for a ridiculous buffet. The advertisement says: come and try the delicious from our chefs...this is a lie. The breakfast is also very poor.

Good Spa, good food and pleasant atmosphere

We where on or honeymoon in this hotel. We got for free a wine-tasting and a massage, the wine-tasting was more than excellent, we tasted exclusive wines (one of them unique for the great Anna Ball) and was given by the Manager himself... The massage (and all the spa/relax facilities) where very relaxing and more value for money then expected in first.

hotel is in centrum of balatonfured,you dont have any problem with noise,the breakfast is goed,room is nice

you need to go outside to get in the restaurant,and is not big enough for such a big hotel,you need to stand up in time otherwise you need to wait for free table.if you have a room in de modern wing you need to walk compleet around the other wings to get to the reception.in the bathroom was only a soap dispenser,i find this cheap for a hotel with 4 ****

absence de mobilier sur la terrasse; chambre non faite 1 jour; absence ou manque de mobilier dans les patios et les cours intérieures; repas du soir tres moyen;

Gyakorlatilag Balatonfüred egyetlen olyan szállodája, ami megpróbál egy nemzetközileg elfogadható szállodára hasonlítani. Van központi klimája, és a reggelire valamint a vacsorára kínált étel is finomnak mondható.

A garázs rendkívűl hosszú kanyargó folyosókon közelíthető meg a szobákból. Be és kijárata logikátlan, rosszúl kitáblázott. Szabadtéri parkolóiból semmilyen tábla nem irányit a szállodába, néhány zárt ajtós próbálkozás után vagy a parkolóházon vagy az uszodán keresztűl tudtam bejutni a szállodai folyosókra. Reggelizőhelyhez a szállodát elhagyva lehet elmenni, és oda egy olyan szélfogón keresztűl lahet bejutni, ahova közvetlenűl nyílik a női és férfi wc. Általában a szállodán belüli közlekedés hosszadalmas és bonyolult, bőröndökkel a szobába jutni nehéz, érkezés és távozás csomagokkal egy komoly tortúra

Cama y baño muy pequeños. Aire acondicionado deficiente. Nevera deficiente. Caja fuerte estropeada. No se corresponden las instalaciones al precio y nivel de hotel

Le strutture relative alla parte termale buone.

Avevo prenotato N° 2 camere e in una delle due non sono state fatte le pulizie. Ad una mia domanda del come mai non fossero state fatte, mi è stato risposto che non si spiegavano come mai, ma che però non sarebbero state fatte, perchè al pomeriggio non c'è il personale addetto alle pulizie. In un Albergo come questo, non è ammissibile che non esista il personale per le pulizie di pomeriggio.

très bel hotel qui terminait sa rénovation. La piscine et le(s) spa sont vraiment impressionnants. De plus l'hôtel est très bien placé près du lac.
