Peaceful and relaxing, food good only had breakfast but plenty of choice no air conditioning ! would recommend but not for high season to hot! |

The months of July and August are particularly busy around Lake Balaton, culminating in a National Festival on 20th August. There were many visitors and the long promenade of shops and restaurants were bustling with people. It also coincides with a wine festival-Lake Balaton is very much in wine producing country. The reception and front of house staff didn't have a clue when asked some basic questions e.g. how to log off the internet.Internet time had to be purchased and instructions on line were in Hungarian They either didn't understand English or were not knowledgable enough-could have been young people doing 'summer' jobs. |

Proximity and direct access to the beach, and the main walking street. Breakfast variety is great. Pools are nice for the kids. The rooms are tiny, and gets pretty hot (no A/C). |

The hair salon was very good No airconditioning, not specified in the web page or any write ups, very uncomfortable.Food was average and very expencive. |

Everything was good. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable . Good price/valuee. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bár az idő zord volt a szálloda jó szolgáltatásokat nyújtott és a személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. |

Excellent value @ 60€. Choice of indoor & outdoor swimming pools plus lakeside beach (actually grass with loungers available).Bike hire less than £2 hour. Wide choice breakfast buffet options. Helpful staff. |

Die Lage am Balaton auch als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge ist schön und praktisch. Winzige Zimmer, winziges Badezimmer, Frühstücksbuffet nicht sehr ansprechend, keine frischen Früchte |

unmittelbare Lage am Plattensee; gute Erreichbarkeit Vielzahl der Zimmer, sog. Bettenburg im Stil früherer Ostblockhotels; Zimmer sind relativ klein, Balkon sehr eng und direkt/unmittelbar zu den benachbarten Hotelzimmern. Frühstücksleistungen könnten qualitätsmäßig verbessert werden (z.B. Brot/Brötchen, richtiger Orangensaft statt hochverdünnter Orangennektar). Hotel ist auf (früheren DDR-) Massentourismus bzw. reisende Pensionäre ausgelegt. Eine räumliche Renovierung (sofern baulich noch möglich) sollte durchgeführt werden. Auch das ganze Dekor (Gardinen, Vorhänge pp.) wirkt relativ billig. Erstaunt war ist, als ich am Flughafen Bratislava ein Reiseprosekt vorfand, in dem für unsere Reisezeit im September der Zimmerpreis mit 49.- € angeboten wurde, während wir 76.- € gezahlt haben. |

Chambre petite, peu confortable et tres cher. 90 euros pour une chambre supérieur: pas de sèche cheveux, vieille télé sans chaine en français, locaux peu accueillant, pas de sauna.... Et j'en passe. |

die nähe zum strand, das frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und ein strandticket war dabei die zimmer waren zu heiß,keine klimaanlage,etwas zu teuer(dublin kostet für 3 nächte genau so viel) |

la plage du bord de lac le petit déjeuner, pain et viennoiseries de la veille,couloirs bruyants,gros hôtel qui a un côté usine et manque de charme.Si je compare avec l'hôtel de Budapest moins cher, il n'y a pas photo. |

a személyzet hozzáállása - mindig szakszerűen látták el a feladatukat. Készségesen adtak felvilágosítást, a takarítás is megfelelő volt. A számla kiállításánál korrigálták egy tévedésemet, ezzel a végösszeg alacsonyabb lett - figyelemreméltó nyári melegben nagyon hiányzik a légkondicionálás - legalább a közös helyiségeké - pl. az étterem, a hall. A szobák nagyon átforrósodnak a napsütésben |

I stort sett allt var enligt förväntan: frukost / maten, personal, städning, pool, bastu, bar, mm Det fanns tyvärr ingen luftkonditionering och när det är så varmt som 30-35 grader vill man verkligen ha lite svalt. |

A fürdőszoba teljes felújításra szorul. Ez egy üdülőhely, és sem hajszárító, sem sampon, sem egyéb - a hotelekhez egyébként hozzátartozó - felszerelés nem volt. A szobákban nincs légkondicionálás. Egy fürdőszoba takarításásnál a csempe lemosása is hozzátartozik, ill. a csapok tisztántartása is, amit cillittel, hideg vizzel és szivaccsal egyszerűen meglehet oldani. Ez nem annak a kérdése, hogy a szálloda hány csillagos. |

Sajnos csalódnunk kellett, mert ameghirdetett ár nem az volt amit fizettünk.Az ajánlatban 2felnött+1 gyermek volt meghírdetve, és a távozáskor derült ki az nem valós, mert hogy az apróbetüs részben van hogy az árak 2 személyre vonatkoznak.ha visszanézik a foglalási igazolásomat, akkor a nagy betüs szöveg 3 főre értendő.A szálláson sajnos 40 fok meleg volt, ami szinte elviselhetettlenné tette az éjszakát.Ejjora összegért sokkal nívósabb szállásokon is jártam jár és még 1 csillaggal több is volt. |
