Great value for money. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Perfect location in residencial area, still very well connected to Pest side city center with several tram lines.

Close to much public transportation.New paint, fresh & clean, & windows & doors(to balconies)worked easily.Lots of space; airy.Nicely fixed up kitchen- new appliances.We were there at the beginning of springtime, & the big backyards(of ours & nearby bldgs) every day revealed more trees & flowers opening up.We were on the "3rd" floor (2nd in Hungary),& had a good view down.Apartment Buda is on a 1-way street, but away from the main, busy streets.Elevator worked well.Property managers were accessible & available if we had probs. Short-term parking (when friends drove their cars over for a short visit) was not free.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Apartment Buda Budapest. The apartment is clean, recently renovated and quiet. It's well situated, close to the city center, shopping mall and market, etc. The manager is very helpful. He gave us all the information we needed and helped us buy the weekly ticket for the transport.

Quiet, clean, very friendly and helpful agent, on hand but not intrusive. Convenient parking was difficult to find. We found it difficult to quickly access the eastbound roadways without considerable deviation, trial and error.

Eigene Küche. Schade nur 1 deutschsprachiger Fersehsender. sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufs Center. Es war ein Appartament in einem Wohnhaus, nicht ein Hotelzimmer. Zimmer war aber sehr gut eingerichtet!

Prima prijs voor de huur van een heel appartement met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. De ligging is eveneens uitstekend, met verschillende tram- en buslijnen is de gehele stad gemakkelijk te bereiken. De wifi connectie was niet erg betrouwbaar. Dat was echter wel een van de belangrijkste redenen om voor dit appartement te kiezen, dus daar was ik teleurgesteld over.

Very kind staffs. Clean rooms. Quiet location. Easy access to bus and tramway stops. There is a big shopping mall few minutes away on foot from this apartment. とても親切なスタッフでした。部屋もピカピカで静かな場所にあり、徒歩数分でバスや路面電車の駅まで行ける- 上、近くに市場が隣接した大きなショッピングモール、スーパーや24時間営業の店があり、買い物にも非常に- 便利でした。バス一本で町の中心にも気軽に行けるので観光するのにも現地生活を楽しむにも良いところでした- 。

Christian was very friendly and helpful. We got advice on all major topics a tourist would be inquiring about. Convenient for transportation to the city attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped - grocery store is close. Price was great. Recommended

Apart from the fact that is quite close to the center and also to transport serivces (tram, bus, etc), the relation quality/price is excellent as for a low amount you can get everything you need. It's not an aparthotel, it's a normal flat fully furbished and clean, there is all equipment you need, wifi works very well, there is plenty of tv channels, etc. Also, the landlord just lives in the same floor and is extremely nice and helpful.
