Das Appartement befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage, kulturelle Einrichtungen, Geschäfte etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen; ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm. Gute Heizung! Die Einrichtung ist mangelhaft, Schränke beschädigt und nicht zu nutzen, abgestellte Gegenstände (defekte Bettgestelle) in den Ecken, Die Vorhänge zum Teil nicht befestigt, eine beschädigte Fensterscheibe mit Tesafilm verklebt, Kücheneinrichtung kaum nutzbar, kein Dosen- und Flaschenöffner, rostige Töpfe, keine Kaffeekanne, verschmutzte Kochplatten |

zentrale Lage, das Gebäude, das hohe große Zimmer Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind fast alle leicht defekt, wackelig, .. Da das Appartement die Fenster auf eine laute Straße hin hat, kann man zwischen großem Lärm oder großer Hitze nachts wählen. |

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, ruhig gelegen mit schönem Innenhof und die Lage ist kaum zu schlagen (super zentral). Der Preis war mehr als fair und das "Personal" welches den Schlüssel überreicht hat, bzw. telefonisch/per Email die Details erläutert hat. war sehr nett. Es gibt zu wenig Geschirr und die Möbel sind recht simpel. In der Dusche war die Halterung defekt, sodass man den Duschkopf in der Hand halten musste. Die Wohnung ist schön, wennn man darin übernachtet und kocht, aber für längeren Aufenthalt nicht ausgelegt. |

Die Anlage war sehr ansprechend, wir wurden nicht von irgendjemandem belästigt. War letztendlich schöner als im Hotel. Ab 7.30 begannen die Straßenarbeiten und es war unerträglich laut. |

sehr günstige Lage, hübsches Haus, großes Apartment, nette und hilfreiche Kontaktperson vor Ort die Einrichtung war sehr sparsam (kaum Geschirr, Möbel) und vieles war kaputt oder beschädigt (Schränke, Türen, Fenster, Lampen, Steckdosen); dann viel auch noch die Heizung und das warme Wasser aus (konnte aber innerhalb eines Tages repariert werden) |

The location is top. The Apartments Opera consist of many private apartments which locate in different street in Budapest and there is no sign (no name). As we arrvied Budapest the first day we can't find the apartment. After several telefon call we were hold from someone. Our experience: ask the apartment owner adhead which apartent you get and make an appoinment where to meet the person fron whom you get the key. |

The location of the appartment (Hajos Utca 13/15) was great, couldn't be better. The city centre is in walk distance. Edgar (the contact person) was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area and the old house itself were really beautiful. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest one (old used coffee powder in the coffee machine etc.), the bed linen was torn and old, shower was a bit broken, you couldn't close the wc door properly from inside, also the poor condition of the front door lock was worrying us (probably it wouldn't have kept the burglars outside). Generally the flat was nice but a bit outdated. |

The location was the major plus point. The window had a hole in it taped with cello-tape. The owner had arranged for the person who manages the property to meet us however he sent what I can only assume to be the cleaner who spoke no english to meet us. We had to hand over cash to this person and never received check out instructions. |

The opera apartments are great! We rent this apartment for a low price for four days. We had a huge flat at disposal in the centre of Budapest. The location is optimal. You will be required to call the owner of the apartment to schedule a meeting at your arrival. The staff is really kind and nice and wanted to make sure everything was ok.This is a great solution to go to Budapest.. |

this is an excellent choice right in the heart of town. the appartment at liszt sq. 11 faces the court yard and makes you feel like a local: this is how people in budapest live. (i think) the furniture is somewhat dated - but who cares? its cheap, centrally located and you can make this place your home in minutes! just scatter your stuff around! |

Edgar, the contact, was excellent, David the owner was quite flexible, and the location on Hajos utca could not have been better. The building was lovely as well, and we were quite comfortable. To have paid €80 each (4 of us) for 3 nights across from the Operahouse is excellent value. They have other apartments too and I would try them as well. Our group has quite high standards and we loved the place for its location and comfort. Just be aware that facilities are fairly basic (no AC, minimal kitchen, fickle hot-water supply). Don't expect too much and you'll love it too. |

the locality was about the only thing we liked This wasn't a hotel but a single room in an apartment block that had four beds in it to accommodate four adults in a family. The facility's provided were at best basic where supplied. They were nothing like advertised on your site. |

Bra läge! Bra service att bli hämtad på flygplatsen för en rimlig summa. Trots att lägenheten är ganska ny så är en del slitet, t ex fungerade bara en kokplatta och gardinerna för att skymma insikt var trasiga. |

地下鉄の駅からもとても近く便利。ホテルとは違い、住んでいる気分が味わえ、ゆったりくつろげました。オペ- ラがすぐ横なので、昼間はリハーサル中の歌や音楽が聞こえてきて、耳に心地よかった。古い建物特有のノスタ- ルジックな雰囲気が漂っていて、とても落ち着けました。 洗濯機の使い方がよく分からず、困った。 |

La localisation géographique et le design moderne de l'appartement sont très appréciable, et la personne qui gère les appartements Opéra était réactive et agréable. Il faisait trop chaud dans l'appartement et les rideaux ne protègent pas suffisamment. D'autre part, le lit principal était endommagé (il manquait 3 lattes) et il était impossible de ne pas voir qu'il y avait un problème avec le lit, je ne comprends donc pas que le nécessaire n'est pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Cela a généré des problèmes de dos importants par la suite. |
