Cheap, central and clean

A beautiful building, with a lot of character, on a super location! And cheap!

Location, set up, comfort in a rustic manner, warm....

A Great place real close to the Metro and just across from the historic Opera house. A good rate and was nice to have your own kitchen to make meals in.

Location is the best one can get, just near the Opera, 5 min.walk from basilica of St.Stephan, 2 minutes from metro. Apartment was much bigger that we expected, quite cold at first (it was October) but easy to adjust the heat. There were 2 of us but apartment is great for 4 people or even more. And the atmosphere of the whole house is great, very Imperial Budapest. Edgar, the host, was great, very friendly and helpful, speaks great English. We would definitely stay there again!

Some little things that didn't bother us that much: little problems regulating the heat of the water, you need some practice, the only trash can was in the kitchen and no in the bathroom nor in wc, quite cold at first but heater was good so this problem was sold.

The location was very convenient.

The surroundings.

Located in the downtown (district 6) area, and close to pretty much everything. This is a very good budget alternative for people who visits budapest. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Offers airport pickup with an informative and helpful staff for a good price as well. The apartment is just a few meters from the opera house with bars, restuarants, 24/7 supermarket, atm and nearest metrostation. Highly recommended

We were 3 guys and only got one set of keys, which sometimes was a problem if we would split up somewhere. Sometimes a little too much of cold water in the shower. Overall not much negative to say.

Living in the heart of the city, among natives..in one of these huge, old houses..just marvelous. On the top of that, the organisation of the service was extremely nice and client-friendly.

Fantastic value for money. Went as a group of 4 lads, got the apartment on Terez Korut 25, basic apartment as expected but amazing value - 3 double beds + a sofa, kitchen, bathroom. Best feature was location - really central, brilliant place for nightlife, couldn't fault it. Didn't really use any of the kitchen equipment but all looked ok, working fridge for keeping beers in :) Arranged airport transfer with Edgar which was good value & also a good laugh! Overall brilliant place to stay in Budapest.

Could do with a fan in the room as it was warm and with the windows open there was quite a lot of road noise at night.

la situation en pleine ville mais malgré cela isolée du bruit, l'accueil et la sympathie de MR Edgar. l'appartement est assez grand, suffisemment équipé.

le manque de rideaux, la tyauterie à revoir (mais il semble que cela soit en cours)

L'accueil , la situation centrale de l'appart et la cour intérieure de l'immeuble rénovée dans le respect du style d'origine ainsi que le calme correct du logement. Il y a un super poèle traditionnel chauffant au gaz en hiver ça doit le faire si on fait gaffe à ventiller l'espace.

Léquipement plus que sommaire de la cuisine : pas de quoi faire du café, pas d'ouvre-boîte ni de tire-bouchon, pas de bon couteau de cuisine, une poèle toute petite et pas de linge de cuisine; il y a 4 lits mais 1 seule lampe de chevet mais bon, si on demande à Edgar le responsable de l'appart ce qui nous manque, je pense qu'il y remédierait sans peine. Le jet de douche demanderait un petit entretien ! En gros pas en accord avec les belles cuisines et salle de bain des photos sur booking.com

Posizione strategica vicino al centro, appartamento molto spazioso con cucina e tutto il necessario, metropolitana a pochi metri. Struttura in stile liberty molto particolare, lo staff (Edgar) simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Fatevi venire a prendere in aeroporto da lui!
