We liked the actual spa procedures - mud packs and massage. The rooms were also good. The quality of food was really poor, and the hotel - rather old. |

The surrounding environment As a guest we were denied access to the main resturant and veranda due to it being used by non hotel guests. This resulted in being shuffled like refugees between hotels to have meals. As for customer service I would have thought it would have been easy to accommodate paying guests in the best resturant in the hotel by using a little imagination along with the non hotel guests. |

La formule "All inclusive" est très intéressante. Le buffet et bien fourni. La piscine intérieure et extérieure avec ses bains à remous et géniale. Cet établissement est principalement fréquenté par une clientèle âgée de langue allemande et hongroise. Donc si vous ne parlez pas l'allemand ou le hongrois mieux vaut s'abstenir. Pour ma part cela ne m'a pas gêné. |

Im Wellness und Spabereich ging es zu wie am Fließband bzw. die An gestellten wollten alle Massagen und Anwendungen ganz schnell machen. Husch, husch und schnell wieder raus. Hier müsste sich mehr Zeit genommen werden. |

Auf eine hygienische Saunabenützung wird zuwenig hingewiesen (Handhabung des Saunatuches und und Verbot der Badebekleidung). Saunakabine zu klein. |

Lage des hotels ist gutm sehr nette freundliche Mitarbeiterm Das nicht alles all incl. Warm so zB musste man den Wein und das Bier zu Mittag bezahlen,,,,ja am Abend gingen die Desserts wie Eis schon sehr früh aus , so daß wir nie zu einem Eis gekommen sind....Pech gehabt ! |

近くに同じDANUBIUS系のホテルHEVIZがあるが、そこより格は一つ落ち、少し古めの感じ。ドイツ等から年配の団体客や家族連れが多く来ており、温泉プールも36～38度のものと外とつながっている32度程のものがあり、湯治に使われている模様。夕朝食等が全て含まれるコースだったが、レストランは少しザワザワした感じであるも、ビュッフェの種類も多い。 温泉湖から少し離れており、車でないと少しきつい。 |
