The room was great, with a nice big balcony which was a big plus. The staff at the front desk, the restaurant and the bar were, without a doubt, the least hospitable people we dealt with on our whole trip. Professional, to a point, but verging on rude. |

Do quarto, do restaurante e da localização. O elevador estava quebrado e tivemos que subir dois andares com as malas. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Man muss nur die Brücke überqueren und man ist im Stadtzentrum… Beim ankommen haben wir gemerkt, dass das Hotel eine Baustelle ist. Wenn man im Hotel nur übernachten will, stört das nicht, beim längeren Aufenthalt ist es aber sehr störend. |

Het hotel werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf. Men verontschuldigde zich daar meerdere malen voor en bood ons een drankje van het huis en 1 dag gratis thermaalbad voor 2 personen aan. Prima !! Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. |
