Værelset - stort og rent og pænt. Dejlig udsigt ud over bjerget. Hotellets udsmykning er tjekket og giver følelsen af luxus. Deres morgenmad var elendig. Meget cafeteria agtigt og personalet var surt og tvært og ikke særlig hjælpsomme.En var sågar direkte flabet. Kun en kaffe-maskine som folk stod i kø ved. Kaffen på kanderne var enten koldt eller smagte dårligt. |

it was right on the water, the staff is really nice, the price was pretty low, room service was more than reasonably priced and tasty. the rooms were very clean and good shower products + blow dryer. also we could buy the tram tickets and airport shuttle right at the hotel counter even in euros. we were in the old quarters of the hotel. the rooms are a bit cold and cannot be warmed up, we were told by the staff we can move to the new quarter but we didn't feel like packing up again and moving. these old quarters also have an interesting smell, not sure of what but it's not in the room so just in the corridors. and also many stairs that you cannot avoid on the corridors and that's pretty wierd considering that naturally we are coming with suitcases and had to carry them through stairs. |

The location is very nice, view of te Danube in front. Also a very good view of the Fisher's bastion for the rooms at the backside of the hotel, maybe even better then te view at the front (I'm glad we didn't pay extra for Danube-view). The breakfast was very good, nice atmosphere, good start of the day. Very close to tram and metro, or a nice walk over one of the bridges. Only little things: something on TV besides RTL and CNN would have been nice ;) Staff at front desk could be friendlier and more genuine welcoming. But in general it was a very pleasant stay. |

Very nice modern hotel & room. The business center was nice and open to the quest. Breakfast varity was very good. The view of the river and the Bridge was wonderful. I was able to park the car in front of the hotel with a charge. |

Nice views and nice side of town. Front rooms had view of danube river. Rear rooms had view of fisherman bastion. Convenient locality and public transport. Trams to Gellert, walking distance to buda castle/ fisherman bastion. Less than 3 mins walk to chain bridge. If one is too lazy to walk to Pest, metro station is less than 2 mins walk. |

This is not just another hotel from a big international chain, but a hotel with a personal touch and decorative charm to it. Quite noisy corridors and (unnecessary) macho personnel at the reception. |

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The design was fantastic. The view to the Dunabe was unforgetable. The price of the breakfast is high although it has a variety of food and in huge quantity. |

Excellent location and view from the room of the Danube across to Parliament. Spacious room with good wifi. Facilities were clean and modern. Gym and business facilities are very basic. Limited healthy options at breakfast. |

Modern, trendy feel. Lots of choice for breakfast. Near castle ( the expensive area). Helpful staff. Older buildings at the back have been tastefully integrated into the main hotel. A short walk/tube from Pest (the more trendy happening area). Less expensive rooms require a walk through the bar area and open out over the kitchen - although this isn't too much of a problem, since you can shut the windows and turn on the air con. |

The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious, the bathroom is good, the shower is very good. And it is very clean. Near it there are good restaurants. I did not like the staff at the reception. I don't think they are very friendly. And I don't think the location of the hotel is so good. It is a little bit far from the city centre. |

1)Location - near major scenic points and convenient to transfer to other areas 2) Riverside view - day and night view of River Danube+Chainbridge 3) Design - boutique hotel yet with unlimited access to internet at business centre 4) Hotel Staff - good attitude and recommendations Bed mattress is too soft. Room cleaning service - seems that they only have full time service at day time and part-timers in the afternoon which are not satisfactory |

Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet in the room. Excellent view (my room was on the rear of the hotel, with view on the Buda castle, Matthias's church and Fishermen's bastion). Rooms were clean, nice. Good staff. Discrete access to public transportation. Too high the price for the breakfast. We arranged with unexpensive cafe's in the neighbourhoods |
