Nice modern rooms, nice view on the river Danube and the chain bridge. Overall a correct service. Upon arrival the room I got was already occupied by another guest. When I went down to reception they gave me immediately another room which was also occupied already. I got lucky with the third room! Overall not such a big deal and the staff were very helpful but this shouldn't happen in this kind of hotel. |

Sleek clean and great breakfasts. The staff were schizophrenic, sometimes helpful, sometimes extremely rude, all within the space of a minute. It pays to ask for stuff though, I got a discounted room rate and free breakfasts because the airconditioning wasn't working. |

Great location, good sized rooms, friendly & accommodating staff, nice feel about the place. Art everywhere added to the ambience of Budapest. Free internet access was an added bonus too. Tea & Coffee making facilities would have been very welcome in the hotel rooms. Toaster didn't work, although the waiters were happy to toast the bread in the kitchens. |

The size of the room. The view towards the church. The quietness despite being on the first floor and facing towards a busy street. The location within easy walk to a metro station. Breakfast was quite expensive and for a 4* hotel not very impressive. One morning at 9.45 there was hardly anything left so we went elsewhere. In the bathroom there was only shampoo and shower gel which was not replenished when used up. |

convenient for historic attractions, fabulous view across the Danube river to the beautiful Parliament buildings, great room, large twin beds with a big gap between - perfect for friends rather than partners. the hotel restaurant looked lovely but was closed for the whole of our stay. The bar area was disappointing |

Interesting place to stay in itself. Extremely helpful staff in every respect including getting us a room at the back with excellent views of the Castle! Terrific location for sightseeing & eating out in Buda. Highly recommended. |

A luxury hotel well located in the centre for all attractions and transport connections. Upgrade to a Danube view room, well worth the extra 20 Euros a night per room. |

Location is excellent, staff are very friendly and will do anything for you. Ordered a double room, but turned out it was two single beds just pushed together, was a bit uncomfortable for 4 nights. But that is literally the only complaint! |

Wonderful location on the Buda side. We booked a suite, an excellent choice as it give you a seperate sitting room. Small gym and sauna area very useful. Would definitly recommend this Hotel. Only negative point the restraunt wasn't opened at night. However this did not affect us as there was a great bar and restraunt two doors up called the sailor. |
