We have stayed twice at this hotel and have been very pleased with rooms. I would recommend this hotel

Internet tv was very useful, beds were comfortable. A short walk along the river to main attractions

Art throughout hotel was interesting. View across Danube from front rooms was superb and despite the trams right outside there was no noise. AirCon very easy to control / switch off. Superbly helpful staff.

Lack of English tv channels

Very good location for city break. Close to metro and trams. Easy walk to either castle district or across river to Pest. Great view of parliament and chain bridge if you choose room with Danube view.

Reconstruction in hotel, I ´ ve got a room in 1st floor, but I had to go to the 3rd floor with elevator and than 2 floors stairs down (with luggage). Stairs area ugly and dirty. If I know before I would never book such a room!

Perfect choice to stay in Budapest. Everything was great. Incredible view of the Danube, the parliament and the chain bridge. Staff is helpful, the room was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The mattress was very comfortable.

The minibar prices are very high.

The location is terrific - easy access to trams, restaurants, shopping, historical sites. The rooms are spacious and, river view, or castle view, can't be beat! The staff is always helpful. It was my third visit to the art'otel and I continued to be impressed by the level of service and the quality of the hotel. I stayed for breakfast on Sunday, and it was delicious!

The location and views were really the best! This is on the Buda side, so the Parliament is across the Danube River all lit up, along with the Chain Bridge. Behind the hotel is the castle up on the hill. Budapest invested a lot into lighting the city and this hotel is great for enjoying the glow! A major transportation hub was just down the street. There is also close access to water transportation. Complimentary internet, easy parking was available, we actual parked on the street in November in front of the hotel for free. Very stylish and clean rooms and lobby. There is a fun lower level Belgian bar within close walking distance towards the Chain Bridge.

The quality of the restaurant in the hotel varies. Our burgers were delicious, the pasta and ragout were tasteless however.

The room smell like canalization, terrible

Firstly i appreciated the modern design and the central location, the great and quality services and the responsible organization in every spectrum. Secondly i was very pleased by the quietness and the seriousness in the entire hotel. I was also satisfied to find multicultural clients whom were able to respect social rules and the staff implication to fulfill this needs. Thirdly i must offer my gratitude to the kitchen staff who prepared our daily and rich breakfast in order to satisfy every demanding client. Taking everything into consideration, i strongly recommend this hotel to those who seek quality, accessibility and comfort.
