The bar was opened until 1.00 am! Excellent! The room is really nice.

It was cold in the room. We used the heating, but it blew only cold. I indicated it at the reception, they promised they would check it.

Excellent location for exploring both Buda and Pest with a wonderful view of Pest side (Parliament Building) over the Danube. Room was pleasant, well equiped serviced and maintained. Excellent shower.

Breakfast was not well presented or good value for 12 Euros, thus I only had breakfast the first day of my 7 day stay. Television setup is poor; so you land up with porn station (pay tv) when you switch on even though you switched off from the World News or cnn channels. (Informed reception of this problem) Keyboards for computer in the Business Centre have keys mixed up E.G. z = y ..complicated!

The room was nicely decorated, clean and modern. We paid extra for the Danube view which was worth the cost. The hotel is in a great location. It's very easy to access all the sites of Budapest on foot or on the subway. The names of the subway stops were hard to remember but once you got the hang of it, it was quite easy to get around

We stayed for five nights and they did not change the bed sheets. The wireless internet was extremely expensive but there were 3 other networked computers one could use for free in the hotel but they were often in use.

Beautiful clean modern hotel,in a very good location on banks of Danube in an excellent position next to the Chain Bridge. very friendly staff who were very obliging. one great bonus is free use of the internet in the business centre

We were very satisfied with everything we found at the hotel. Staff was very responsive, room was very clean, the morning breakfast was very delicious. We got a room in the old building of the hotel and found there exactly what we expected in terms of comfort. The hotel is located very conveniently on the Buda side at the foothills of Buda Castle.

If they could get Internet connection in the room it would be a great plus.
