The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout, with a fine touch of humour. The room was spacious and very well kept. This hotel has a fine air of grandeur and elegance. Breakfasts were good, filling and wholesome. It's a pity the hotel doesn't have a bar facility. |

Good central location Beautiful building and impressive rooms Bedding not changed and had to ask for towels changed and we were there for 8 days. No English spoken at all by the staff so we felt they just avoided us! |

The reception staff were friendly and helpful although spoke little English. The food - both the breakfast and the restaurant - were excellent. Ideally situated, close enough to walk easily to from the railway station and close to the lake. Rooms were very clean. It would have been good if we could have paid the bill using a credit card rather than cash. |

Beautiful building in a good position in the town. Staff were not very riendly and no one spoke English. |

Je recommande cet hôtel car il est très beau. L'entrée est magnifique comme le sont les chalmbres et la salle de bains. Tout est fait pour rêver. |

Mitarbeiter sind sehr kinder freundlich, reichhaltiges Fruehstueck auf der schoenen Terrasse, Restaurant gleich beim Hotel, sehr gute Lage. Man hat anscheinend unser Kommentar beim Buchen uebersehen und hat somit auf die Kinderbetten vergessen. Aber die Betten waren dann in 10 min. aufgestellt und man hat sich bei uns mehrmals dafuer entschuldigt. das Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag nicht gereinigt und das ohne entschuldigung! |
