Interior very smart, clean and attractive. Rooms nice size and quiet. Good breakfast. Helpful receptionists. Room bit hot and air con not as effective as could have been; plus no ventilation in bathroom which made it quite hot whilst in use esp. if drying hair etc. |

Clean, very good value for the money, the blonde receptionist was very kind. One of the receptionsts sent us to a different place for the Danube Cruise that you can buy from the hotel too, and luckily we found a very friendly guy that was kind enough to call us a City Taxi that took us in time to the meeting point, near the 4 Seasons hotel. |

Excellent atmosphere and design and superb staff. Rather small but very comfortable rooms. Good location, easy to reach other sections of the city. |

The weather! The staff were friendly & helpful. The location was within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc. The air conditioning was a little noisy. |

Our stay was comfortable for moderate priced hotel and one receptionist - Melinda I think - went above and beyond call of duty and the manager most appreciative of my feedback. Although close to eateries it would be nice to be able to obtain light meals or snacks in evening. |

Our air conditioned room was very nicely furnished and decorated. The bed was comfortable. We particularly liked the artistic way the whole hotel had been created. It was in a perfect situation for transport links to all areas of the city. A very original hotel. The breakfast room was rather cramped around the buffet area, which made collecting the breakfast somewhat difficult at times. The croissants were not fresh. Otherwise the breakfast was adequate but not especially good. |

very clean, modern, good service. Pictures on Booking.com give a very good perpective of the hotel (they are "real"). The location is not very good. Although is close to subway and not far from central city, the surroundings of the hotel are not good. I would not feel safe to return to the hotel late in the night |

Design and cleanliness. In a bad area. Bed to hard and low. Funny styled hotel, more than half had no windows, like a courtyard style. We had a room with window because I asked. Breakfast very bad. I would not recommend Budapest as a nice city. Still a lot to learn. Bad area. Awful breakfast. Bed too hard. Didn't have any atmosphere at night in the hotel. Had far too many tv's with music playing. I would recommend that you light the candles at nights and create a nice atmosphere with some classical background music (for us simi mature couples!) People would enjoy a glass of wine or coffee before we retire for the night! |

The room was very clean and comfortable. Wireless internet functioned well. Very good isolation from noise. Breakfast - very rich. Overall impression - very good, definitely recommend the hotel. |

Finally a hotel in Boedapest with great service (good beds, strong shower and great breakfast) for a very reasonable price. Make sure you get a room with a window, though The rooms with only windows to the atrium |
